Thought It Was Over? Biden Pressing OSHA To Enforce His Failed Mandate

What can I say for the ‘President’ of The United States?

He has managed to fail at just about everything he has attempted. He can’t even do the bad things correctly!

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals recently struck down Biden’s tyrannical mandate, but there is still a lot of work to do before this thing is permanently dead.

In true Biden fashion though, he seems to be doubling down rather than just maintaining his track record of 100% failure.

According to the latest reports, Biden is once again pressing OSHA to enforce his rules….

Just The News tells us:

Before the cases were consolidated, the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals, arguably the most conservative appeals court in the country, issued its order blocking the mandate, CNN also reports.

In its filing overnight Tuesday, the administration said the 5th Circuit erred in how its interpretation of the OSHA policy and that the 5th Circuit had not taken into proper account the public health interest in letting the mandate go into effect.

More details were provided via Axios:

The government’s 52-page motion comes more than a week after a panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans issued a stay on the rule, writing that it “grossly exceeds [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s] statutory authority” to regulate hazards within the workplace.

At least 34 lawsuits, brought by employers and Republican-controlled states, have since been moved to the Sixth Circuit Appeals Court for consolidation, per the New York Times.
