I don’t know who needed to hear this today, but Individual liberty is winning.
Biden’s tyrannical mandate has been temporarily halted by the court. In response to this, employers have started to backpedal on enforcement of the order.
This raises many questions, the first of which being: will the terminated employees sue their employer for firing them in accordance with the mandate?
If and when these mandates are finally struck down by The Supreme Court, will disaffected employees have a path to hold their spineless, and in some cases willfully complicit, employers accountable?
I think that we are about to see a flurry of both class action and individual lawsuits in response to this.
Here are the latest developments in this ongoing story:

Fox 35 Orlando reports Disney’s current updated policy regarding mandatory vaccination:
“Due to the passage this week of a new Florida law on employer vaccine mandates, and the federal OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard mandating the vaccine being stayed, we must pause the enforcement of our policy for Florida-based Cast Members and employees.
“As we assess the full impact of this new legislation, we are immediately pausing the enforcement of our mandatory vaccination policy for Florida-based Cast Members and employees until further notice.

The Hill writes:
Last week, DeSantis signed legislation that requires businesses to allow for exemptions to vaccine mandates, including prior COVID-19 recovery and religious or health reasons.
The legislation also allows employees to undergo regular COVID-19 testing or use personal protective equipment (PPE) in lieu of being required to get the vaccine.
