Latvia achieved a new milestone in COVID insanity.
On Friday, Latvia’s parliament voted to ban unvaccinated lawmakers from voting on legislation or participating in discussions.
MPs who refuse the COVID-19 jab will have no say in the democratic process.
Latvia is the world’s first country to adopt such a tyrannical measure.
It’s a literal COVID Coup d’état.

BNO News reported:
Latvia’s parliament has voted in favor of a bill which prevents national and local lawmakers from carrying out their work if they’re not vaccinated against COVID-19, becoming the first country in the world to adopt such a measure.
The bill, which was supported by a majority of deputies, prevents lawmakers from voting on legislature and participating in debate. The ban, which takes effect on Monday, will affect at least nine members of parliament.
The bill also affects members of municipal councils, who will be suspended from office until they’re vaccinated or recover from COVID-19. Lawmakers will not be paid during this period.
Latvia is the first country in the world to suspend lawmakers for refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Some legal experts have questioned the constitutionality of the ban, which may be challenged in court.
62 out of 100 lawmakers supported the unprecedented measure.
The nine members of parliament impacted by the bill will receive a dock in pay.
The bill goes into effect on Monday and lasts until mid-2022.
One member who voted in favor of the bill stated their reasoning.
From SALTWIRE:
The ban on unvaccinated MPs in parliament was necessary to promote public confidence in the government’s policies to control COVID-19 infections, the legislation’s sponsor, lawmaker Janis Rancans, was cited as saying by the parliamentary press service.
The measure appears to be another desperate attempt to increase Latvia’s COVID-19 jab uptake.
European stats indicate Latvia has one of the bloc’s lowest COVID-19 inoculation rates.
According to Our World in Data, 58% of the Latvian population is fully vaccinated.
Reuters touched on other extreme measures taken by the government:
Latvia, which has one of the lowest vaccination rates in European Union, was the first in the bloc to reimpose a lockdown this autumn as a surge in COVID-19 cases threatens to overwhelm its health system.
The COVID Coup d’état attempted by the supporting lawmakers is another move to coerce uncompliant citizens into taking the experimental injection.
If unvaccinated politicians receive this discriminatory treatment, then any citizen is fair game to this parasitic COVID Cult.
