Florida Second Grader Suspended 36 Days For Mask Non-Compliance Tells School Board ‘I Hope You All Go To Jail’

Fiona is a second-grader at a Palm Beach County public school.

Although her state has a Governor vehemently against mask mandates, Fiona’s school defies Florida law.

Because of this, the 8-year-old has been suspended for 36 days for refusing to mask up.

Fiona is following state law instead of doing what the school board says.

Now, she is in jeopardy of flunking out if she doesn’t mask up and comply, despite turning in her work and having above-average grades in math.

Fiona certainly isn’t one to give in easily to a tyrant’s demands.

She took her concerns to her school board not once but four times!

In her most recent speech tonight, Fiona affirmed her right to decide if she wears a mask. 

She says even if she gets suspended again for not wearing a mask, it won’t change her mind.

Then, Fiona drops the law on the school board.

She says it’s not fair she’s getting punished because the school board isn’t following the law.

The best line of her speech comes at the end when she says, “I hope you all go to jail for doing this to me.”

Fiona is a brave young patriot who even details how masks are dirty and germ-ridden. 

Thankfully, Fiona has supportive parents advocating for her as well.

Fiona’s Mom, Bailey Lashells, says her daughter is on a mission to take back all American child’s constitutional rights from the tyrannical school board.

An elementary school student in Florida has been suspended a total of 36 days and faced disciplinary actions from school officials over her unwillingness to comply with the school’s COVID-19 face mask policy, according to a report from The Free Press in Tampa.

The student’s mother, Bailey Lashells, told the Press that her daughter, Fiona, a second grade student at a Palm Beach County school who will more than likely have to repeat the school year, is on “a mission to take back” her “constitutional rights from the tyrant school board” following the treatment she received from the school’s leaders.

She added that her daughter “has been steadfast in her unwavering decision to not back down to tyranny and lunacy, vowing to do everything she can for every child going thru these lawless mandates.”

The Press stated in its report that Fiona’s “first punishment” came when she was required to have a “silent lunch in an office hallway alone.”

“Fiona is a strong-minded and fearless young girl who was ready to conquer the world at 7,” Lashells said. “Unfortunately, the blows just seem to not stop, as she was recently told after completing every assignment her teacher will provide that she is not only failing second grade, but that there is no way she could catch up, per her teacher.”

With the number of days that Fiona has been out of school due to suspensions, she is at risk of failing second grade.

Ms. Lashells started a website to advocate for her daughter, called Stand Up For Fiona.

There, Ms. Lashells details the disciplinary action Fiona has received from her incompetent school board.

Fiona has changed her priorities a bit and is on a mission to take back, not only her rights but every American child’s constitutional rights from the tyrant school board being operated by a financial expert who has no knowledge of how to safely and effectively run the 10th largest school district in America.  Fiona has directed her last 4 school board speeches directly at Mr. Michael Burke who has led the initiative to keep Fiona out of school for the last 39 school days on an out of school suspension, and 41 days out of the classroom.

Since August 31st and her first punishment of a referral and silent lunch in an office hallway Fiona has been steadfast in her unwavering decision to not back down to tyranny and lunacy vowing to do every thing she can for every child going thru these lawless mandates.  Fiona is a strong minded and fearless young girl who was ready to conquer the world at 7.  Unfortunately the blows just seem to not stop as she was recently told after completing every assignment her teacher will provide that she is not only failing 2nd grade but that there is no way she could catch up per her teacher.  Thankfully we realized this was as tyrannical a move from her teacher and after asking for nearly 3 weeks we received Fiona’s progression in an application known as success maker.  Not only is Fiona at or meeting grade level requirements in Math, but rather doing math work at a 4th grade level with almost 100% mastery in most of the items calculated,  (That report can be found in the gallery of images as well for any one thinking of calling B.S.)  In addition you can find a copy of every referral to date for proof this is actually happening,

September 29th 2021     I receive a letter stating that it’s a 2nd degree misdemeanor over my daughters excessive absences.  (note: she has missed 3 days of school due to medical issues the school board has caused)

Only in Biden’s America would a school consider failing a student for not complying with their draconian mandate.

Despite the numerous disciplinary actions taken, it’s clear that Fiona is an intelligent student who should not fail second grade.
