Newsmax Issues COVID-19 Jab Mandate For Employees

Similar to earlier reports about FOX News, “conservative” news network Newsmax issued a COVID-19 jab mandate for their employees.

According to a staff-wide email, the network cited the unconstitutional rules set by Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).

The mandate’s enforcement would begin January 4, 2022.

Talk about a group of sellouts and pushovers.

Biden’s COVID-19 mandate is unconstitutional and businesses have an obligation to NOT comply.

I guess Newsmax is okay bending the knee to medical tyrants.

Yes, it’s extremely hypocritical on the part of Newsmax.

Mediaite reported:

The company decree requires all employees be fully vaccinated by Jan. 4, 2022, or else they will be forced to undergo a weekly Covid test.

“To ensure that we are in compliance, we require that all vaccinated employees submit a copy of their vaccination card,” the email informed staff.

The move is unlikely to be well-received by the network’s conservative hosts. A number of Newsmax personalities have denounced vaccine mandates on a regular basis over the past several weeks.

On Thursday night, Newsmax host Steve Cortes notably railed against mandates — calling them an example of “dictatorial rule” under President Joe Biden.

“There is zero, and I mean zero, moral or ethical obligation for anyone to be compelled to get vaccinated,” Cortes said. He added that mandates are “insane workplace discrimination.”

According to the company email, the mandate that Cortes bills as “insane workplace discrimination” is coming to his workplace in the next few weeks.

Instead of obediently complying to Biden’s dictatorial mandate, Newsmax should have taken the fight to his administration.

The Daily Wire, a prominent Conservative media company, filed a lawsuit against the federal government’s vaccine mandate. The suit, filed on Thursday, will go to the U.S Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. The law firm representing The Daily Wire is The Dhillon Law Group, Inc. and Alliance Defending Freedom.

Biden’s mandate requires all private companies with 100 or more employees to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, take weekly Covid-19 tests, or be fired. Daily Wire’s attorneys will also file an emergency motion to stay the mandate.

Daily Wire’s co-founder and co- CEO, Jeremy Boreing, announced, “President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the establishment media have conspired to rob Americans of their freedoms in the name of public health. They have broken faith with the American people through conflicting messaging, false information, and by suppressing data and perspectives with which they disagree.” Daily Wire has also promised to disregard this mandate and fight the government’s “gross overreach.”
