VEXXITNY – A New Movement That Should Sweep the Nation To Defeat COVID-19 Jab Mandates on Children

I want to bring nationwide attention to a grassroots movement starting in New York.

VEXXITNY is a movement to fight medical mandates and religious discrimination in schools and the workforce.

For anyone who isn’t aware, NY State Assembly Bill A8378 is currently in committee stage.

It’s the bill that would require children to take the experimental COVID-19 jabs to attend school.

   tee on Health
 
 AN  ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to requiring immuni-
   zation against COVID-19
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1. Section 2164 of the public health law, as amended by chap-
 ter 401 of the laws of 2015, subdivisions 6 and 7 as amended by  chapter
 35 of the laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   §   2164.  Definitions;  immunization  against  poliomyelitis,  mumps,
 measles, diphtheria, rubella, varicella, Haemophilus influenzae  type  b
 (Hib),  pertussis, tetanus, pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease,
 [and] hepatitis B, AND COVID-19.  1. As used in this section, unless the
 context requires otherwise:
   a. The term "school" means and includes any public, private  or  paro-
 chial child caring center, day nursery, day care agency, nursery school,
 kindergarten, elementary, intermediate or secondary school.
   b. The term "child" shall mean and include any person between the ages
 of two months and eighteen years.
   c.  The  term  "person in parental relation to a child" shall mean and
 include his  father  or  mother,  by  birth  or  adoption,  his  legally
 appointed  guardian, or his custodian. A person shall be regarded as the
 custodian of a child if he has assumed the charge and care of the  child
 because  the  parents  or  legally  appointed guardian of the minor have
 died, are imprisoned, are mentally ill, or have  been  committed  to  an
 institution,  or  because  they have abandoned or deserted such child or
 are living outside the state or their whereabouts are unknown,  or  have
 designated the person pursuant to title fifteen-A of article five of the
 general obligations law as a person in parental relation to the child.
   d.  The term "health practitioner" shall mean any person authorized by
 law to administer an immunization.

Notice how “school” refers to public, private, parochial child care centers, nurseries, and day cares.

What’s the only realistic option?

VEXXIT and homeschool.

For some parents, homeschooling sounds like a daunting task.

But for New Yorkers, and possibly other states in the near future, that may be the only option to avoid having these toxic injections forced on your children.

California and the city of San Francisco have already announced their intentions to mandate the jabs for children.

And NYC Mayor-Elect Eric Adams vowed to mandate the jabs for school children weeks before the mayoral election.

It’s naïve to think other cities and states won’t attempt to this without fierce resistance.

VEXXIT is the answer.

Each child removed from the school system costs the institution thousands of dollars.

That’s how parents fight back against the child abusers who run the corrupt system.

Ask them whether they support Bill A8378, which will require the Covid-19 shot for your child to attend school. A matching bill is sure to be coming!

What can New York parents & teachers do to fight back against these medical tyrants?

Here’s the VEXXIT Call to Action:

Politicians wants to make Covid shots mandatory for kids to go to school. Give them and the school districts something to think about that will hit them where it hurts. Please send letters to the decision-makers letting them know that you will pull your kids from school and homeschool them if Covid jabs are mandated to attend. You can also make them aware that you KNOW mandating masks on children is unnecessary and can cause HARM.

Every homeschooled child costs your school district thousands of dollars in lost aid. Send the letters even if you are not sure whether or not you will homeschool.

Your letters will push them not to mandate.

Now is the time to VEXXIT.

Even if you are unsure whether you will remove your child, send your letters. You have the right to change your mind at any time. WE MUST STOP THE POSSIBILITY OF A MANDATE.

We believe there needs to be respect for choice.

It is imperative that your letters be sent in bright yellow envelopes (not manilla) and mailed out as soon as possible.
