WI Audit Results: Rep. Ramthun Calling for Decertification of Wisconsin’s 10 Electoral Ballots

The Maricopa Audit may have stolen the spotlight, but other states have been working away, holding the line for the 2020 election.

We recently reported that it looked like Wisconsin might decertify before Arizona.

Now, it appears Wisconsin will be the first domino to fall.

One Wisconsin representative is calling for decertification of the 2020 presidential election.

Back in July, Wisconsin Representative Tim Ramthun called for a full forensic audit.

Had he not advocated for this audit, Wisconsin’s rampant absentee ballot abuse would likely remain hidden.

Rep. Ramthun made a statement discussing the results of the Legislative Audit Bureau report on Thursday.

The Legislative Audit Bureau report shows 44,272 voters did not reflect proper voter identification.

The report also reflects the massive increase of indefinitely confined voters.

Indefinitely confined voters cast absentee ballots.

They are typically individuals with significant disabilities or nursing home residents.

In Wisconsin, indefinitely confined voters do not need to show photo ID.

Instead, indefinitely confined voters are required to have a witness’ signature on the absentee ballot envelope.

This makes it pretty easy for someone to commit voter fraud on vulnerable populations.

In 2019, 4,505 voters in Wisconsin were indefinitely confined.

That number jumped to a whopping 169,901 in 2020.

Sadly, the Left can’t resist a nice and easy absentee vote to corrupt.

According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, Biden allegedly won the state by 20,682 votes.

However, the audit highlights that the Wisconsin Election Commission told municipalities not to follow the law.

Why should we believe the results of the 2020 election from WEC when they don’t follow the law?

The outright fraud from them should be enough to decertify Wisconsin’s electoral ballots.

Back on March 12, the Wisconsin Election Commission sent out a letter.

The letter mandated that municipalities not use the “special deputy voting process” due to COVID-19 concerns.

However, it’s not a process; it’s a LAW!

This law protects the votes of nursing home residents and the disabled by helping them vote.

Individuals with disabilities and in nursing homes deserve proper support when voting, not coercion and lack of help.

Because of this, the Racine County sheriff is stepping in to hold the Commission accountable.

Republican Sheriff Christopher Schmaling says the Commission broke state law by not allowing poll workers to help nursing home residents vote.

The Wisconsin Sheriff is now asking Democrat Attorney General Josh Kaul to launch a statewide investigation.

Milwaukee Journal Sentinal has more:

Kaul said through a spokeswoman that Department of Justice officials are available to assist in “any case involving credible evidence of fraud” but noted no charges had been filed in the case Schmaling discussed in a press conference Thursday.

Sheriff’s investigators at the press conference said one resident of the Ridgewood Care Facility in Mount Pleasant likely voted illegally in the November 2020 election against a court order declaring the resident incompetent to vote. Commissioners said if the allegations were true, the local district attorney should bring charges.

Racine County Sgt. Michael Luell said another seven residents with serious cognitive problems were “victimized” because trained poll workers were not allowed on site leading to nursing home workers allegedly filling out information on ballots and ballot envelopes for the residents whom he said were not able to make sound decisions.

“Nobody should ever be coerced or otherwise influenced as part of exercising their right to vote. We would encourage and expect the full force of the law to investigate that situation and prosecute any identified offenders,” Commissioner Dean Knudson said in a statement about the allegation that one person deemed incompetent was persuaded to vote.

The investigation by Racine authorities was prompted by a complaint filed by a Racine woman whose mother was a resident of the Ridgewood Care Center in Mount Pleasant. The absentee ballot she cast was counted even though she died on Oct. 9, 2020, a month before the presidential election.

In the complaint, the daughter said she had legal authority over her mother’s health and financial decisions and had not been notified that her mother had voted despite having serious cognitive issues nor did anyone at the center explain how she received a ballot.

“I am writing this, as I feel my mother was taken advantage of in her mental state,” the woman wrote Nov. 24 to the commission, which forwarded the complaint to the Racine County District Attorney, who referred it to Racine County Sheriff’s Office for investigation.

It is not illegal for Wisconsin residents with cognitive decline to vote unless there is a court order finding them incompetent.

Schmaling said Kaul should investigate because “there are literally hundreds and hundreds of these types of facilities throughout the state of Wisconsin.”

“We would be foolish to think for a moment that this integrity issue, a violation of the statute, occurred in just this small group of people at one care facility in one county in the entire state,” he said. “This needs the attorney general’s attention.”

We would be naive to think this type of voter fraud only happens in one instance.

In light of the audit results, Representative Ramthun is calling for the decertification of Wisconsin’s ten electoral ballots.

The Wisconsin Representative’s full statement from Washington County Insider is below:

“I have continued to pursue truth and integrity of our 2020 general election. Recent developments have made it abundantly clear that the legislature should not have certified Wisconsin’s 10 electoral ballots on December 14, 2020.

“The release of the bi-partisan Legislative Audit Bureau report identified 44,272 voters did not reflect proper voter identification and also revealed the mass increase of indefinitely confined voters from 4,505 in 2019 to 169,901 in 2020. Tainted or fraudulent, these alone should be enough to question the legitimacy of the 2020 election results.

“Additionally, after review of today’s press release from the Racine County Sheriff’s Department, it was confirmed on March 12, 2020, the Wisconsin Election Commission knowingly and willfully directed all 72 county clerks to violate state statutes 6.84 and 6.875 regarding absentee voting in certain residential care facilities and retirement homes. This unlawful direction clearly broke state statute 12.13(2)(b)(7) which refers to intentionally violating election laws. When combined with the Legislative Audit Bureau report, these actions verify that our election process was fraudulent.

“Therefore, I call upon the Wisconsin Legislature to recognize its duty under Article 2 Section 1 Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, as well as the guidance provided from ss6.84(1), to decertify Wisconsin’s November 2020 election results by reclaiming its ten electoral ballots.

“We can no longer delay with stall tactics, wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars, or the silence of the full legislative body. It falls upon us to take this historic action and answer the call for this injustice. It’s beyond time to work of, by, and for the people of Wisconsin.”

The 59th Assembly District includes Hartford, Kewaskum, Campbellsport, Eden, Cascade, Waldo, Mount Calvary, St. Cloud, and New Holstein.

Rep. Ramthun’s fight for election integrity helped expose the enormous voter fraud that takes place with absentee ballots.

We learned our elders and the disabled were mistreated and taken advantage of in the 2020 election by the Wisconsin Election Commission.

Decertifying Wisconsin’s ten electoral votes is necessary to restore justice.

Thank God for our true patriot Republican representatives!
