Chicago Backs Off Teacher COVID-19 Jab Mandate Due to Non-Compliance

Mass non-compliance is the only way out of these tyrannical COVID-19 jab mandates.

If any entity wants to enforce these injections, peaceful resistance will cause their system to collapse.

That goes for airlines, federal employees, healthcare workers, teachers and more.

Stand in solidarity and refuse to work until they back off.

With enough people standing up for medical freedom, they can’t enforce their mandates.

This situation played out in Chicago as teachers faced a COVID-19 jab mandate.

The deadline to show proof of COVID-19 injection was October 15th.

Refusal to receive the experimental jab would mean unemployment.

However, enough teachers refused to comply and Chicago Public Schools faced a severe staffing shortage.

The pressure of having understaffed schools forced the city to back off the COVID-19 jab mandate.

Unvaccinated Chicago teachers now have the option for weekly testing.

It’s a major victory against mandates thanks to non-compliance.

WTTW had the scoop:

With an impending COVID-19 vaccination deadline for employees, unvaccinated Chicago Public Schools teachers and staffers will be able to opt for weekly testing and continue working after this week.

CPS CEO Pedro Martinez on Wednesday said those who are not fully vaccinated by Friday’s deadline must consent to weekly testing, but will not be immediately barred from working, as had previously been threatened.

“Employees will not be barred from coming to work,” he said. “We’re going to just work with them to see where they’re at in the vaccination process, what hesitation they might have, what information we can give them … I feel fairly confident that we’re going to be ok.”

The shift comes after union leaders, Chicago teachers and staffers penned a letter asking Mayor Lori Lightfoot not to bar unvaccinated employees from their work after this week.

Chicago Teachers Union President Jesse Sharkey and leaders from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) penned a letter to the mayor Wednesday, saying immediate enforcement of the vaccine mandate will “leave schools dangerously understaffed, and disproportionately impact employees of color within CPS.”

LifeSite News weighed in:

In their letter, the school employee unions — historically aligned with the most progressive elements in the Democratic Party — went out of their way to stir racial discord in their criticism of the city’s police union whose leader has urged members to resist the mayor’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate:

It seems inconceivable that you would move to accommodate some workers, including the predominantly white male workforce at the Chicago Police Department whose union has actively opposed the vaccine policy, while your team at CPS seems intent on simply barring from work Black and Brown workers who confront very different challenges in meeting vaccine mandates. These challenges include concerns about the historic harm that medical mistreatment has caused communities of color, to lack of access to shots and reliable information about the vaccine and how to get it.

In my opinion, they could take things a step further and also resist weekly testing.

But this is a huge step in the right direction.

Mass non-compliance will continue being the most effective tool for the people.
