Vive la liberté
I usually criticize Europe and Europeans for their readiness to let government overreach, but France is a country which seems to buck the trend when it comes to kneeling before tyrants.
France is a country which has surprised time and time again when it comes to civil liberties, and even protecting western values—the French are clearly rabid for freedom.
Mass demonstrations against the vaccine passport reportedly raged on for a 6th straight weekend, and they show no sign of stopping according to sources on the ground in France.
We need to start demonstrating like this here in The U.S:
FRANCE: ACTIVISTS BLOCK A SUPERMARKET THAT BANNED unvaccinated people have organised themselves to force their way into supermarkets. Or conversely, to block access to all in order to protest against the vaccine passport. pic.twitter.com/sbjniTno1g

The Epoch Times reports:
The French Interior Ministry told Reuters that about 175,000 people demonstrated on Aug. 21—the sixth straight weekend. Last weekend, about 215,000 people partook in the demonstrations, and a week before that, about 237,000 turned out.
More people might protest next Saturday, however, as French citizens are returning from their summer vacations in the coming days.
“This health pass divides French people. I think that is clear.”
More protests erupted across #France to demonstrate against the country’s COVID-19 #VaccinePassports over the weekend, with tens of thousands of people marching in Paris and other cities.https://t.co/537hoVmwFV

NTD News had coverage of the protests last week:
France’s Interior Ministry told Reuters that 215,000 people are estimated to have protested, which is down slightly from the 237,000 people who demonstrated a week before that.
Protesters often chanted “freedom,” “pass = apartheid,” “take back your pass,” referring to the vaccine passport. Some French citizens told news outlets that they partook in the demonstrations because the COVID-19 passports limit their freedoms and is a way to segregate society for political purposes, not for health reasons.
Crowds were seen marching in Paris, Nice, Marseille, and other cities.
