We knew that it was only a matter of time before Google and their YouTube platform would come even harder against conservative voices that had an audience on their outlets.
It looks like one of the great bastions of conservative journalism, Sky News Australia has been the latest victim.
They are officially banned for one week with a potential for an indefinate suspension very soon.
The reason? For simply expressing concerns about the effectiveness of vaccine and covid measures recently implemented by governments all over the globe.
Daily Mail has more on this.
Google has banned Sky News Australia from uploading content to YouTube for one week after the news platform allegedly breached its rules on spreading so-called ‘Covid misinformation’.
According to the channel, the videos that provoked the censorship included ‘debates around whether masks were effective and whether lockdowns were justified when considering their adverse health outcomes’.
It’s always been amazing that a news organization out of Australia would be one of the leading voices of conservatism in the Western world but here we are.
Their journalists covered the US elections and the COVID outbreak with a type of precision not found on main stream media.
Sky News brought on countless guests that had amazing credentials when it came to disease control, vaccine development and manufacturing and effective leadership.
These guys didn’t just have a blue check mark or tons of followers. They were legitimate authorities on the subjects they were brought on to speak about.
Most importantly, Sky News educated people while many other news stations were only interested in propogating fear rooted in manipulative misinformation.
The reasoning behind the decision to ban Sky News is laughable. On a platform where ISIS and Antifa are allowed to spew whatever they want, these Aussies are the ones they choose to go after.
YouTube’s move followed a review of posts uploaded by the Rupert Murdoch-owned TV channel, which allegedly posted material that ‘could cause real-world harm’ to its 1.86 million YouTube subscribers.
YouTube said it had ‘clear and established Covid-19 medical misinformation policies based on local and global health authority guidance’. A spokesman told MailOnline today that it ‘did not allow content that denies the existence of Covid-19’ or which encouraged people ‘to use hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin to treat or prevent the virus’.
To make matters worse, not only are they restricted from posting. YouTube has been notifying anyone searching for their content that they have been flagged for misinformation.
YouTube has handcuffed Sky News while essentially taking a baseball bat to their character and reputation in the meantime. Check out this notice one use got.
new: YouTube tells me it has “removed videos from and issued a strike to Sky News Australia’s channel” on YouTube, over COVID content

The funny thing is that this is coming just as Australia’s stringent mask mandates have been failing at an alarming rate.
That’s correct, the same strategy that the head of the CDC has just enacted, has already been implemented by Australia! The results are in and they aren’t good.
The move comes as Australia’s ‘Zero Covid’ strategy that aims to completely eliminate the virus shows signs of buckling.
Professor Bruce Robinson, chairman of Australia’s National Health and Medical Research Council, admitted that the nation’s chance of successfully eliminating the Indian Covid variant was ‘close to zero’.
He said: ‘The chance of eliminating this is close to zero – there are many people I have spoken to who share that view. We might suppress it but we will be really unlikely to eliminate it and that’s because we see people who are clearly infectious without knowing it and they’re out and about.’
For those of you who may not have been tracking developments in Australia, they have been in lock down since this whole thing started. Australia has had some of the strictist mask mandates and lockdown procedures of any other nation in the world.
Despite this, they are still having massive issues with their COVID numbers.
It’s clear what is happening here. Australia has implemented a strategy that is even more strict than what the CDC has just put back in place. Yet, despite that, it has FAILED.
The Left does not want this to get out. They need to shut down the narrative because it would destroy their ability to control us. That is without question.
In addition to this, it is very clear that the bond between the Leftist agenda and Big Tech is still alive and well.
With vaccine rage on the rise, the war to shut down conservative, contrary voices is only going to intensify.
The good news is that We Love Trump will continue to be on the front lines of getting you all the latest conservitive information in real time.
