During a recent zoom meeting with Governors, Biden was handed a note by one of his staffers.
Immediately after he received the note, Biden wiped his chin in order to remove a yellow blob from it.
Later during the meeting Biden held up the note he received and it read “Sir, there’s something on your chin”.
A video caught the moment it happened:

Now we know that those notes that staffers hand Biden on a daily a basis aren’t that complex after all.

The Daily Mail had more on the story:
President Biden was prompted to wipe a yellow mark from his face during a Zoom meeting with western governors on Friday after a staffer handed him a note saying: ‘Sir, there is something on your chin’.
Biden was speaking about the responses to raging wildfires throughout the country when an aide passed him a card.
It alerted the president there had been something on his face for roughly the first 10 minutes of his virtual meeting.
Biden had a yellow dot below his mouth, but carried on talking. He was then handed a note, prompting him to wipe his chin and look at his hand.
That’s not the strangest part though, it appears that Biden even ate the particle that was on his face.
Take a look at the video again:

The Washington Examiner got the scoop too:
Joe Biden avoided a potentially embarrassing situation after an aide handed him a note alerting him of a yellow mark on his chin while he met with a number of state leaders on Friday.
Biden, who spoke to governors throughout the western United States in a virtual meeting, was sitting through remarks about wildfires when the piece of paper was given to him.
“Sir, there is something on your chin,” the card read.
He then proceeded to wipe his face, and he appeared to stick whatever was clinging to his chin in his mouth.
After a staffer gives Joe Biden a note saying, “there’s something on your chin,” Biden wipes his chin.
