Mitch McConnell Threatens to Lock America Down Again – Says to Get Vaccinated or We Go Back to Last Year

The majority of Republicans in both chambers are spineless, lying cowards.

That’s the hard truth.

They stand on their high horse about fighting for free speech, medical freedom, and individual liberty.

But in reality, they’re mostly a bunch of shills.

And Mitch McConnell is among the worst.

Yesterday, McConnell implored Americans to get vaccinated with the experimental injections.

Or else we’ll go back to the same position we were in last year.

That sounds like a threat to lockdown the country again and I don’t think Americans will stand for anyone else spewing lockdown rhetoric again.

That’s especially true for red states.

Here’s the clip:

Just because you had polio, doesn’t mean you get to dictate how Americans take care of themselves.

And the experimental COVID-19 vaccines don’t fall in the same category as polio.

COVID-19 is only detrimental to a small percentage of the population.

And referencing Moderna & Pfizer specifically, they are injections that use new technology.

So China Mitch, you can kindly shut it.

Freedom-minded Americans are tired of politicians on both sides of the aisle sucking up to Big Pharma and holding the country for ransom.

Another interesting tidbit about the timing of McConnell’s threat is yesterday’s dip in the stock market.

Liberals are blaming the stock market drop on those who refuse to be lab rats.

But I’m more concerned about the recent uptick in fearmongering by Republicans like McConnell.

Do they have stocks in Big Pharma and were they negatively affected by this drop?

It would explain a lot and prove they’re equally as pro-experimental jab as Democrats.

From The Wall Street Journal:

Vice President Kamala Harris met with members of the Texas state legislature last week. Two individuals at that meeting were among those who tested positive for Covid-19, her office said. Symone Sanders, Ms. Harris’s spokeswoman, said over the weekend that the vice president had been determined to not be at risk for exposure because she wasn’t in close contact with the individuals.

One member of Congress, Rep. Vern Buchanan (R., Fla.) is quarantining at home after announcing Monday he had tested positive despite being vaccinated. Mr. Buchanan is experiencing mild flulike symptoms, according to his office.

Dr. Brian Monahan, who leads the Office of the Attending Physician and takes care of members of Congress and the Supreme Court, on Tuesday afternoon declined to put in place more protective protocols at the Capitol. But he said vaccinated people “may consider additional protective actions such as wearing a well-fitted, medical-grade filtration mask when they are in a crowded or interior location.”

He warned future developments could require the resumption of mask wearing.

Republicans also expressed growing concern about the new cases. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) opened his press conference Tuesday by imploring Americans to get vaccinated.

“These shots need to get in everybody’s arm as rapidly as possible, or we’re going to be back in a situation in the fall that we don’t yearn for, that we went through last year,” said Mr. McConnell, who noted his own background as a polio survivor.

GOP Whip Steve Scalise (R., La.) said he got his first vaccine shot over the weekend.

“Especially with the Delta variant becoming a lot more aggressive and seeing another spike, it was a good time to do it,” he told Nola.com.
