First of all, those are not my words….which is why I put them in quotes.
Those are the words from the maker of the video.
But I have to say this, it does at least explain the constant cackling and awkward laughing.
Could be?
It’s just so weird and unnerving.
Anyway, it’s usually bad but this video is most definitely extra bad, even for Kammy.
All I can say is watch and judge for yourself.
