President Trump has decided to do something the Biden administration has neglected to do and that’s visit the US-Mexico border.
Trump announced that he will visit the US-Mexico border along side Texas Governor Greg Abbott on June 30th.
The announcement from Trump came through a press release statement he released which stated “I have accepted the invitation of Texas Governor Greg Abbott to join him on an official visit to our Nation’s decimated Southern Border on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.”
He also was quoted saying that just after a couple of weeks under the Biden administration our nation’s border turned into the “single worst border crisis in U.S. history”.

The New York Post covered the braking story and shared these details:
President Donald Trump announced Tuesday he will visit the US-Mexico border region with Texas Gov. Greg Abbott at the end of this month to draw attention to what he called “grave and willful dereliction of duty” by his successor.
“The Biden Administration inherited from me the strongest, safest, and most secure border in US history and in mere weeks they turned it into the single worst border crisis in US history,” Trump said in a lengthy statement. “It’s an unmitigated disaster zone.”
The announcement comes days after US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released statistics showing that more than 180,000 illegal immigrants were stopped at the border in May, the first time that number had been exceeded in a single month since April 2000.
“We went from detain-and-remove to catch-and-release. We went from having border security that was the envy of the world to a lawless border that is now pitied around the world,” Trump’s statement continued.

K Houston 11 got the scoop too, check out the details they had to share:
President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he has accepted an invitation from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to join him at the country’s southern border on Wednesday, June 30. This comes after Abbott announced Texas would build its own border wall last Thursday.
Trump said in a press release that President Joe Biden’s administration has created the “single worst border crisis in U.S. history.” He claimed that when his administration left office, the border was strong, safe and secure.
Trump also said that Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris not visiting the border or visiting with Border Patrol or Immigration and Customs Enforcement doesn’t help the “unmitigated disaster zone.”

It’s going to be great seeing President Trump at the Southern Border again, at least he cares about our Nation’s security.
