Now They Are Trying To Say Trump Wore His Pants Backwards!

Instead of listening to the substance of President Trump’s fiery speech, the liberal media was focused on Trump’s pants.

Yes you read that correctly, during Trump’s speech at North Carolina’s GOP Convention, the far left Twitter sphere was going  haywire because they believed that President Trump was wearing his pants backwards.

Writer Brandon Friedman reportedly started the rumor by sharing a video with the caption “Donald Trump gave his big speech today with his pants on backwards”.

Soon after he shared the video “Trump pants” was trending on Twitter and even had the fact checkers investigating whether Trump had his pants on backwards or not.

Snopes a fact checking agency reported that Trump did not have his pants on backwards but the video shows his pants were just wrinkled.

Here’s the video that started the rumors:

Newsweek covered the ridiculous claims that Trump wore his pants backwards:

President Donald Trump has become the subject of a wave of jokes and memes on Twitter after some viewers accused him of wearing his pants backwards during his address to the North Carolina Republican Party state conference.

On Saturday night, Trump made his first official public speech since the Conservative Political Action Conference in February at the Greenville Convention Center in North Carolina.

He spent a large portion of his lengthy speech bashing President Joe Biden’s handling of the border crisis, economy and foreign policy, and repeating his baseless claim that widespread voter fraud caused his 2020 election defeat.

Viewers took to Twitter on Sunday morning to accuse Trump of wearing his pants backwards during the speech, with writer Brandon Friedman sharing a close-up video of the ex-president’s pants as he moved away from the podium. “Others are noting this, but it can’t be shared enough: Donald Trump gave his big speech today with his pants on backwards,” he wrote. “Look close and tell me I’m wrong.”

The hashtag #TrumpPants trended on the platform for most of Sunday as thousands of users shared memes and jokes mocking his pants. In the afternoon, a Snopes fact-checker concluded that Trump did not wear his pants backward after noticing a zipper in the front in photos on Getty Images.

Star Wars actor Mark Hamill, a frequent critic of Trump, tweeted, “He’s clearly on the ‘no fly’ list.”

The Wrap covered the story too:

A video made the rounds on social media this weekend that appeared to show Trump wearing pants without a fly on them and badly wrinkled. Immediately, people seized on what they thought was a perfect meme moment, comparing him to Kris Kross (you know, the dudes who actually did make wearing pants backward fashionable).

Unfortunately for Trump’s critics, that does not appear to be the case. The fact-checking site Snopes did us all a service and watched the 90-minute speech Trump gave and was able to prove through visuals of the speech and Getty Images from the event that Trump was indeed wearing his pants right. They were, however, unmistakably and oddly wrinkled.

The far-left call the majority of Conservatives “conspiracy theorist” but in reality their the ones who are making baseless claims that Trump had his pants on backwards.
