BANKS FAILING: Fed Struggling To Maintain Control, Silver About To Go Vertical?

Don’t say I didn’t warn you….

The overnight repo rate is a key indicator of a monetary system on the verge of collapse.

The last time it spiked in March 2020, we saw a huge crash in the stock market follow.

Well, guess what?

It just spiked ever bigger than that.

ZeroHedge, which does fantastic, honest reporting on the financial markets, says we’re about to see a “big bust”:

the real story today: reverse repo usage just surpassed Covid crash highs. We are effectively out of repo market collateral, Fed is cornered, and there is no place to park $1TN more in reserves.

If the indicator holds true, the big losers will be the stock market and anyone in cash.
