Biden Insults Military Again, Calls US Coast Guard Cadets a “Really Dull Class”

Biden stole a quote from President Ronald Reagan, and then appeared to be upset that he didn't get the same reaction that our 40th president did.

Following the 2016 election, President Donald Trump couldn’t so much as sneeze without the media accusing him of something sinister.

The media once ran a false story that alleged that President Trump disparaged the military by calling them “losers.”

Joe Biden on the other hand, was caught on video once calling our troops “stupid bastards.”

Joke or not, that actually happened.

Now Biden is at it again.

During a speech given to a group of Coast Guard Cadets, Biden attempted to make a joke once used by former president Ronald Reagan.

Biden slightly butchered the quote, saying that the Coast Guard is “The hard nucleus around the Navy forms in times of war.”

When nobody reacted, Biden responded:

“You’re a really dull class.”

Come on man…

Our friends at the New York Post have more on Biden's most recent insult towards our military men and women:

Is this thing on?

President Biden’s jokes fell flat at the US Coast Guard Academy’s graduation ceremony Wednesday leading him to call the grads a “dull class” while boasting of his own college exploits including a fire-extinguisher assault on his dorm’s RA.

Biden attempted to earn laughs at the expense of the US Navy, and like a bad stand-up whose set is dying, when the cadets didn’t respond, he turned on them.

“I can only assume that you will enjoy educating your family about how the Coast Guard is quote, ‘the hard nucleus around [which] the Navy forms in times of war,'” Biden said, to crickets, at the outdoor event in New London, Conn.

Biden then jeered his crowd: “You are a — you are a really dull class. I mean, come on, man, is the sun getting to you? I would think you would have an opportunity when I say that about the Navy to clap.”

That jab earned nervous laughter from the cadets and a smattering of applause.

At two other points, Biden actually requested applause from the crowd.

It's not been a good week for Joe Biden.

Biden Once Said During a Speech to the Military, "Clap For That You Stupid Bastards."

More from the Daily Wire on the administration doing damage control for Biden:

The Biden campaign had to respond last fall when video emerged showing Biden calling U.S. service members “dull” and “stupid bastards” when they neglected to clap during a speech on March 7, 2016, at a military base in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

“I have incredibly good judgment,” Biden said. “One, I married Jill, and two, I appointed Johnson to the academy. I just want you to know that,” referring to Delaware Lt. Carrie Johnson, who had introduced him to the stage.

“Clap for that, you stupid bastards,” Biden said when no one applauded. Moments later, Biden appeared to say that the soldiers were “a dull bunch” and that they “must be slow.”

The Biden campaign responded to the resurfaced video, explaining that Biden was simply joking.

“Vice President Biden was jokingly encouraging the audience to clap for an airwoman on the stage, and a number of service members can be seen laughing and smiling at the comment. Seconds before, he praised them for ‘the incredible sacrifices [they] make for our country,’” Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates said to The Daily Beast. “He thanked them for their patriotism and courage throughout, and closed his remarks by saying, ‘you’re the finest generation of warriors the world has ever, ever known’—receiving an enthusiastic ovation.”

Here's the thing about Biden's little joke though.

He stole it directly from the great President Ronald Reagan.

Too bad he doesn't have President Reagan's delivery.

Number 40 got a much better reaction.
