Video: Another cop Attacked! Enough With The Cop Demonizing Campaign

As time goes by we see the effects of the cop demonizing campaign ran by the democrats and the MSM.

There’s hardly a day that goes by these days without a cop been assaulted.

When will it end? After they’re all hurt or killed?

A man struck an NYPD detective over the head with a plastic stick on Monday — in a broad-daylight attack that took place as the officer was investigating another crime, according to police.

The cop was processing the scene of a robbery in Queens around 11:50 a.m. when he was assaulted, the NYPD said.

New York Post has more on the story:

Footage shared by the Detectives’ Endowment Association showed the cop standing outside the crime scene and taking notes near some broken glass — when a man holding two long white sticks creeps up behind him.

“What happened?” someone asks, as the attacker saunters away and crosses the street.

Another cop and a man who appears to be a bystander can then be seen taking off after him.

Akeele Morgan, 25, of the Bronx, was arrested not far from the scene on 39th Avenue, near Prince Street in Flushing, police said.

He was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

The detective suffered a gash to his head and a whip mark, according to his union.

No motive was immediately provided for the attack.

Just another day in New York indeed:

The Daily Mail had more to see on this incident:

A NYPD detective was hit over the head with a stick in a brazen daytime attack, as a leading police union branded the Big Apple ‘the city of violence’ while attacking Mayor Bill de Blasio over a 257 per cent spike in shootings.

On Monday afternoon, a detective in Queens was hit over the head with a plastic baton by a man, as he investigated a scene.

Akeele Morgan, 25, of the Bronx, was arrested not far from the scene on 39th Avenue, near Prince Street in Flushing, police said.

The Sergeant’s Benevolent Association (SBA) – which represents more than 11,000 current and past NYPD officers, tweeted: ‘Welcome to the city of violence’ while attacking de Blasio for investing $30 million on boosting tourism instead of tackling crime.

And on Saturday, an unnamed former NYPD cop was hit by a stray bullet after leaving a party a group of men had been turned away from, prompting them to open fire.

The 30 year-old was struck in the stomach, and is expected to survive her injuries.

A record 66.6 million tourists visited the city in 2019, according to NYC & Company, the city’s official tourism organization.

That figure fell to 22.3 million in 2020, but NYC & Company has projected it would increase to 36.4 million in 2021, thanks to the $30 million investment

Now more than ever, we must continue backing the Blue!
