Governor Of Montana Signs A Bill To Protect His Citizens Second Amendment From Federal Gun Restrictions

It is happening folks!!!!

The federal government is in the process of taking people’s guns with their new gun regulation laws.

But not in Montana.

This past Friday, Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte signed a bill that blocks any federal gun regulations in his state.

Today, I proudly signed Rep. Hinkle's law prohibiting federal overreach into our Second Amendment-protected rights, including any federal ban on firearms.

Fox had a lot to say on the matter.

Fox News reports:

The Montana law prohibits law enforcement officials and other state employees from enforcing federal restrictions or spending state funds on particular kinds of firearms, ammunition and magazines.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey signed a similar law earlier this month.

In Oklahoma, a bill that would designate that state as a Second Amendment “Sanctuary State” is headed for Gov. Kevin Stitt’s desk.

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson vetoed a similar measure Friday, saying it would jeopardize law enforcement and the public.

Opponents of the Montana law have said it would make it more difficult for local law enforcement to collaborate with federal authorities on issues beyond gun access when such collaboration is essential to protect public safety, including in cases of domestic violence and drug offenses.

With how unstable and uncooperative the Democrats have been lately, can you blame him?

Democrats wants to take our 2nd amendment away from us, so with that being said, do you believe they are willing to negotiate otherwise?

There is no compromise among the dems so what we all can do is to wait for 2022, vote them out and get our country back on the rightful path we should be on.

While we wait for our rights to be violated by the Democrats, Hunter Biden violates a current gun law and gets away with it.

Your Constitutional Rights are at risk, but Hunter Biden’s alleged violation of federal gun laws seems to be completely acceptable to Joe. The double standards of the Radical Left never end.

So who and what are the new gun regulations really for?

This kind of news is scary because as we all know, the gun regulations will only apply to some while all others are still allowed to carry.

All gun laws are infringements.

This isn’t up for dispute or negotiation.

If you think because of gun regulations, there will be less shootings then you are naive because there’s not a single criminal out there that got his gun the legal way, right?

So who is safe under these gun regulations?

That’s right, no-one!!!

You better be very afraid of these new gun laws if you don’t live in Montana because it could leave you in a life or death situation with a criminal who got his gun somewhere on a street corner after the feds have unarmed you.
