It’s great to see that this Christian college is standing up against Biden’s woke agenda.
The College of the Ozarks a Christian college in Missouri has just filed a federal lawsuit against Biden for signing an executive order that would make biological males be in rooms with biological girls and vice versa.
Biden’s “Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” Executive Order would ultimately force the College of the Ozarks to get rid of their religious principles so they would be aligned with Biden’s new woke politics.
The founder of the college Jerry Davis is standing up against Biden’s Executive Order and was quoted saying “religious freedom is under attack in America, and we won’t stand on the sidelines and watch”.
Davis is right!
Now’s not the time for Christians to be on the sideline, now’s the time to stand up against the woke mob.
“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces—including showers and dorm rooms—with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about marriage and biological sex." https://t.co/7lfdArqRkn

.@CofOHardWorkU President Dr. Jerry C. Davis said, “College of the Ozarks will not allow politicians to erode this essential American right or the ideals that shaped America’s founding.” I appreciate this bold stand. Let’s lift them up in prayer. https://t.co/78M8B3VV3R

The Daily Wire covered the lawsuit, see what they had to say:
College of the Ozarks is suing President Joe Biden over his anti-discrimination executive order that would force the school to abandon its religious principles in favor of left-wing gender politics.
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a religious liberty legal group, filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Missouri on behalf of the College of the Ozarks, claiming that Biden’s anti-discrimination act “requires private religious colleges to place biological males into female dormitories and assign them as females’ roommates.”
The college has assigned dormitories and separated “intimate spaces,” such as showers and bathrooms, based on biological sex and does not wish to alter that practice. College of the Ozarks holds the belief that biological sex is not changeable and operates its dorms accordingly.
Biden’s executive order would ban the college from continuing that practice, according to the lawsuit. The suit claims that the order violates the school’s First Amendment-protected rights to tell students about its religious-informed residence hall policies.
“Occupancy and access in the college’s residence halls are separated by biological sex, not identity, and that residence in student housing depends on compliance with the student code of conduct, including the commitment to avoid all sexual relations outside of a marriage between one man and one woman,” the lawsuit reads.

College Of The Ozarks Sues Biden Administration For Forcing Men In Women’s Dorms, Bathroomshttps://t.co/eXDLRP0AU5

The Federalist got the scoop too:
College of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri is suing the Biden administration over a directive from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development forcing religious institutions to permit students of the opposite sex in the same bathrooms, dorm rooms, and dormitories.
The White House announced in February that “it will administer and enforce the Fair Housing Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.”
Religious liberty legal group Alliance Defending Freedom filed suit on behalf of the Missouri college, asserting Biden’s decision “requires private religious colleges to place biological males into female dormitories and assign them as females’ roommates.”
“The government cannot and should not force schools to open girls’ dorms to males based on its politically motivated and inappropriate redefinition of ‘sex,’” attorney Marie Blake said.
Blake said women shouldn’t be forced to share showers and dorm rooms with males.
It will be interesting to see how the court’s rule on this one…
