President Trump is staying active.
Sen. John Neely Kennedy of Louisiana (and no he’s not a close relative to JFK) has just received a big endorsement from President Trump.
Trump in a letter gave Kennedy his “complete and total endorsement” in Kennedy’s 2022 reelection bid.
He also praised Sen. Kennedy for standing up for our independence and supporting our military members.
The endorsement comes as no surprise considering Kennedy was one of eight Senators who objected to certify the fraudulent 2020 election.

Breitbart News covered the story, see what details they had to add:
President Trump gave Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) his “Complete and Total Endorsement” for reelection to the Senate Thursday.
Trump’s statement reads:
“John Kennedy of the Great State of Louisiana is a spectacular Senator and person. He is a tireless advocate for the people of his State, and stand strongly for the forgotten man and women of our Country. Strong on Energy Independence, the Military, our great Vets and the Border, John has my Complete and Total Endorsement!”
In January, Kennedy appeared on FNC’s Fox News @ Night to stand up for Trump during the second impeachment attempt. He told Shannon Bream:
I know that common sense isn’t legal in Washington, D.C. But I think a fair-minded rational person would ask Congress to vote to file a declaratory judgment action to ask the Supreme Court to rule on the constitutionality of impeaching a president who isn’t president before we put the country through this. And I’ll just leave it at that and thank you for your time.”
Sen. Kennedy isn’t your typical politician, who uses big words but instead is quite funny.
Take a listen to him at the latest Senate hearing:
“Calling this a coronavirus bill, you know, it’s like calling Harvey Weinstein a feminist,” Louisiana Senator John Kennedy, comparing legislation to a rapist.

Fox News also covered Trump’s endorsement, see what they had to share:
President Donald Trump endorsed Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy for reelection on Thursday as GOP leadership begins preparations for the 2020 midterm races.
“John Kennedy of the Great State of Louisiana is a spectacular Senator and person,” Trump said in a statement through the Save America PAC. “He is a tireless advocate for the people of his State, and stands strongly with the forgotten men and women of our Country. Strong on Energy Independence, the Military, our great Vets and the Border, John has my Complete and Total Endorsement!”
A staunch Trump ally, Kennedy was one of a handful of GOP senators who objected to the Electoral College’s vote in favor of President Biden. The Louisiana politician is expected to seek a second term in the Senate.
The 2022 primary election should be interesting, let’s hope we have new voting machines first though!
