Jen Psaki Tweeted a Gay Slur at Lindsey Graham Before Becoming White House Press Secretary

We all know that democrats claim to be the party of love, tolerance, and rainbows.

They are quick to call out republicans and conservatives that they disagree with for “hate speech” whenever an opportunity arises.

These same rules don’t seem to apply to the ‘loving’ and ‘tolerant’ liberals themselves though.

back in August of last year, current White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted a gay slur at Senator Lindsey Graham.

For more on Psaki's homophobic tweet, here's the Daily Caller:

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted a gay slur at Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham late 2020, a tweet from August shows.

“Only in 2020 does #LadyG get to push a bunch of debunked conspiracy theories while questioning @SallyQYates (aka an American hero),” Psaki tweeted in August 2020, before she assumed her role in the White House.

Psaki’s reference to “Lady G” refers to rumors that have circulated on social media about Graham’s sexuality. She did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“Very disappointed someone in her position would embrace this style politics,” Graham spokesman Kevin Bishop told the DCNF. “It says more about her than it does about Senator Graham.”

The Biden administration has repeatedly said that it will prioritize expanding the rights of LGBTQ persons. Biden released an executive order January 21 on preventing and combating discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.

“Every person should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear, no matter who they are or whom they love,” the order said.

“Adults should be able to earn a living and pursue a vocation knowing that they will not be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes,” the order continued.

Here's the homophobic tweet in question:

But, this is supposed to be the party of diversity, inclusion, love, and tolerance...

Fox News has more on Psaki's comments:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki is under fire for a recently unearthed tweet she sent last year that seemingly used a homophobic slur against Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, referring to him as "LadyG."

"Only in 2020 does #LadyG get to push a bunch of debunked conspiracy theories while questioning @SallyQYates (aka an American hero)," Psaki tweeted on Aug. 5, 2020, as former acting attorney general Sally Yates was set to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which Graham chairs.

The tweet was not deleted as of Wednesday afternoon despite the mounting backlash. The tweet appeared to be a reference to a 2020 Washington Post article that detailed allegations made on Twitter by gay porn star Sean Harding against Graham. Graham’s critics on the left have long used homophobic slurs against the South Carolina lawmaker, insinuating that he's a closeted gay man because he is single.

"If you want to know what a media double standard looks like, Jen Psaki, as a CNN employee, can tweet this, get hired to be a White House Press Secretary, and not even feel compelled to delete it after it was unsurfaced a few days ago. She doesn’t care. She’s on the same team," Fourth Watch editor Steve Krakauer wrote.

Jen Psaki certainly owes an explanation for such a hateful homophobic comment aimed at a sitting U.S. senator.

Maybe Psaki will circle back to this one sometime soon?

This sattrical campaign ad from 2018 for democrats by conservative podcast host Allie Beth Stuckey sure doesn't look much like sattire at all.

In fact, it sums up this kind of hypocritical behavior from Psaki and her handlers perfectly.
