Heading into the highly anticipated joint session of Congress to certify the election results, all eyes were on Vice President Mike Pence.
As the President of the Senate, Pence is the presiding officer over the session.
In wake of the overwhelming election fraud, the biggest question remaining is whether Pence will certify the fraudulent results or send the contested electors back to their state legislatures.

The election process in numerous states violated the laws of their legislatures.
And many have requested a chance to recertify their results due to the voter fraud.
Many states didn't carry out elections according to the rules set by their legislatures, as the Constitution requires.
We cannot turn a blind eye.

It doesn’t appear Pence will give them that chance.

A statement from Vice President Mike Pence, only seconds before the counting of Electoral Votes began, announced that he will cede his Constitutional power and allow Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to take the White House despite a myriad of credible accusations of widespread voter fraud.
“After an election with significant allegations of voting irregularities and numerous instances of officials setting aside state election law, I share the concerns of millions of Americans about the integrity of the election,” wrote Pence.
Nonetheless, Pence said that he will not discard these questionable and likely illegal Electoral College votes.
“It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not.”
Instead, Pence will send the decision back to the House of Representatives and Senate. Both Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, and Leader Mitch McConnell, a Republican, have indicated that they will instruct their parties to disregard all accusations of widespread voter fraud, despite their credibility.
Pence has been under repeated pressure from President Donald Trump to exercise what multiple legal scholars call his Constitutional obligation to ensure the 2020 presidential election was fair and free of fraud.
President Trump repeatedly asserted Pence’s ability to unilaterally throw out unconstitutional delegates. Pence reportedly agreed with President Trump as recently as last night.
It appears this may be Mike Pence’s ultimate betrayal of President Trump.
A betrayal indeed!
