Did Mike Pence just sell-out President Trump?
Vice President Mike Pence just asked a federal judge to toss Rep. Louie Gohmert’s lawsuit that attempted to increase Pence’s powers that would effectively allow him to overturn the election in Trump’s favor.
Pence who has been relatively quiet about the election fraud that occurred in this year’s election just let his actions do the talking.
Just in: VP Pence undercuts Trump and asks that the lawsuit brought by Rep. Louie Gohmert seeking Pence to get “exclusive authority” to decide which EC votes to count at Congressional certification be tossed.

USA Today released these details on Pence’s shocking decision:
Vice President Mike Pence has asked a federal judge to reject a lawsuit filed by a group of Republicans who want to put the authority to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s election win in the hands of the vice president.
Pence, in a 14-page filing by Justice Department attorneys Thursday evening, claimed the lawsuit should be brought against Congress.
“[T]hese plaintiffs’ suit is not a proper vehicle for addressing those issues because plaintiffs have sued the wrong defendant,” the response states, continuing that Pence “is ironically the very person whose power they seek to promote.”

Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, and a group of other Republicans filed the suit against Pence this week, arguing that the vice president has the constitutional authority to decide which states’ Electoral College votes to count.

Unless Pence has a big surprise for us on January 6th, it looks like the VP has no interest in leading the charge in overturning the election.
CNN added this brief statement:
Vice President Mike Pence’s lawyers asked a federal judge Thursday to reject a request from Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas that attempts to force Pence to ignore electoral votes of several key states when Congress meets to certify the 2020 presidential election next week.
Pence argues that the legal issues raised by Gohmert, along with a slate of Arizona Republicans, should be addressed to the House and Senate (if they should be raised at all).
This is a major blow, considering many people were expecting Mike Pence to lead the charge to overturn the fraudulent election on January 6th.
Shortly after Pence’s decision, Trump’s famed attorney Lin Wood sent out this tweet:
Wow! Mike Pence @VP @Mike_Pence announces on New Year’s Eve that he no longer plans to pursue career in politics!
Guess all those who said he is an egomaniac wolf in sheep’s clothing focused on a run in 2024 were wrong.
Good call, Mike. You are not fit to be President anyway. https://t.co/dQgeTXUotW

Has Mike Pence been a traitor all along or do you think he has something up his sleeve?
