Can’t stop, won’t stop!
At least 140 House Republicans have confirmed that they plan to object to the Electoral Votes on January 6th.
This late-breaking news comes from none other than CNN.
The Electoral Count Act requires at least 1 House Rep and 1 Senator to join forces and object to the results from a particular state.
It appears President Trump is in the clear.
With 140 different House Representatives on board, January 6 “will be wild” indeed!
To be clear, Republicans are NOT objecting to election results.
Rather, they want the truth to be known in areas where Democrats have refused to be transparent.
In all of these swing states, they have been allegations of voter fraud with Republicans presenting evidence.
Democrats, on the other hand, have refused to be transparent.
Now, Republicans are planning to FORCE Democrats to respond to the allegations.
They will force this by initiating the Electoral Count Act.

2 House Republicans tell me they expect as of now that at least 140 Republican Members of the House will on Jan 6 object to and vote against the Electoral College results showing President-elect Biden won

It appears that the Republican party is FINALLY growing a spine.
If Joe Biden were in a similar situation, we all know that the Democrat party would be united behind him.
Fortunately, Republicans are finally understanding how to play the game.
CNN reports that 140 House Republicans plan to object on January 6:
Two Republican members of the House of Representatives tell CNN that they expect at least 140 of their GOP colleagues in the House to vote against counting the electoral votes on January 6 when Congress is expected to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s victory.
President Donald Trump’s Republican allies have virtually zero chance of changing the result, only to delay by a few hours the inevitable affirmation of Biden as the Electoral College winner and the next president.
There have been no credible allegations of any issues with voting that would have impacted the election, as affirmed by dozens of judges, governors, election officials, the Electoral College, the Justice Department, the Department of Homeland Security, and the US Supreme Court. But Trump is determined to claim he didn’t lose — which he did, significantly — and many GOP politicians either share his delusion or fear provoking his wrath — even if that means voting to undermine democracy. Both a House member and senator are required to mount an objection when Congress counts the votes. Republican Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri said Wednesday he will object, which will force lawmakers in both the House and Senate to vote on whether to accept the results of Biden’s victory.
Trump has been pushing for Congress to try to overturn the election result as his campaign’s attempts to overturn the election through the courts have been repeatedly rejected.
Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse spoke out against that strategy — and the complicity of some of his GOP colleagues — in a Facebook post Wednesday night, urging Republicans to “reject” the effort to object to the certification process.
“The president and his allies are playing with fire,” he wrote. “They have been asking — first the courts, then state legislatures, now the Congress — to overturn the results of a presidential election. They have unsuccessfully called on judges and are now calling on federal officeholders to invalidate millions and millions of votes. If you make big claims, you had better have the evidence. But the president doesn’t and neither do the institutional arsonist members of Congress who will object to the Electoral College vote.”
We don’t know about you, but that “news” article by CNN’s Jake Tapper reads more like commentary than it does reporting.
Notice how he didn’t attempt to even “debunk” the claims of election fraud!
Rather, he appeared to make his own left-leaning claims without any evidence whatsoever!

AT LEAST 140 HOUSE MEMBERS MAY OBJECT TO ELECTORAL COLLEGE: CNN
— zerohedge (@zerohedge) December 31, 2020
This news comes just hours after Republican Josh Hawley became the first U.S. Senator to confirm that he would also challenge the suspicious Electoral Votes.
We had to go to a foreign news source to find an article that would at least appear to have some semblance of journalistic fairness.
The BBC confirms Hawley’s plans to object:
Missouri’s Josh Hawley said he had election integrity concerns, despite a lack of evidence for widespread fraud.
A group of Republicans in the lower chamber of Congress, the House of Representatives, is also planning to contest the election results.
But the objections are not expected to change the outcome.
The US Electoral College – which confirms November’s presidential election result by awarding points for each state won by the two White House rivals – earlier this month cemented Mr Biden’s victory over Donald Trump by 306-232.
These votes must be affirmed by Congress on 6 January. Inauguration Day, when the new Democratic president and vice-president are sworn in, will be on 20 January.
Since losing the election, Mr Trump has repeatedly alleged systemic voting fraud without substantiation. The Republican president’s legal efforts to overturn results have been rejected by the courts.
Mr Hawley said he could not vote to certify the electoral results “without raising the fact that some states, particularly Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own state election laws”.
“At the very least, Congress should investigate allegations of voter fraud and adopt measures to secure the integrity of our elections. But Congress has so far failed to act.”
Mr Hawley – a first-term senator rumoured to have presidential ambitions – did not specify any electoral fraud that could have changed the final result.
Meanwhile, Walmart was forced to issue an apology after the company’s account tweeted that Mr Hawley was being a “sore loser”.
The retail giant deleted the tweet and said it had been mistakenly posted by a member of their social media team.
Mr Hawley tweeted back at the superstore chain: “Now that you’ve insulted 75 million Americans, will you at least apologize for using slave labor?”
President Trump famously promised that January 6, 2021 “will be wild!”
Well…
With the latest turn of events, it certainly appears to be that way!
Let’s hope these Republicans keep their word and are willing to FIGHT the same way that President Trump has fought for us!
