There are two places that immediatly come to mind when I think of a lack of religious freedom.
One is Communist China.
The other is Marxist Russia, more commonly known as The Soviet Union.
Neither of these places are exactly bastions of peace and prosperity. In fact one is not even around anymore, because Marxism is simply not a sustainable philosophy.
The other only trudges along, because they have adopted our western capitalism, while stealing our western inventions, again Marxism and communism are not sustainable beleifs.
Democrats, who are now a Marxist party, do not seem to understand this very simple premise, choosing instead to fully embrace Marxism and identitarian politics.
Many in the party are now calling for religious freedoms advanced under President Trump, to be rolled back, citing them “as a national security risk.”
Now, I am not a religious man, but i do know this: wherever they may seek to replace God with the State, the people suffer, the country collapses, and there is nothing left but a bleak and endless grey.
Here is what people are saying:
OANN had more on the story:
Secular Democrats are urging Joe Biden to fight what they have described as a “national security threat,” “Christian nationalism” and the “Trump administration’s actions to advance religious freedom.”
Last month, the Secular Democrats of America PAC presented Biden with a 28 page agenda of their recommendations, including eliminating the country’s officials motto of “in God we trust.” The group argues the current motto is not “inclusive” of non-religious people or a secular political ideology.
In public addresses, President Trump has claimed he does not serve political organizations, but rather the people and God.
“For the last four years the depraved swamp has tried everything to stop me because they know I don’t answer to them, I answer to you,” he stated. “Together we will defeat the corrupt establishment, we will dethrone the failed political class, and we will drain the Washington swamp and we will save the American Dream.”
Decision Magazine also had this to say:
With our nation embroiled in chaos and unrest, many Americans are looking to the upcoming presidential election in November and carefully weighing their options for which candidate is most likely to help lead the country away from impending doom while protecting constitutional guarantees of religious freedom.
Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, has been in politics for 50 years. And during those five decades, his once-centrist policies have gradually shifted far to the left, leaving many Christians questioning his commitment to protecting the rights of those Americans who hold to Biblical values.
The former vice president claims he will “restore a national culture of inclusiveness that encourages individuals of all faiths to celebrate their beliefs openly and without fear of harm or reprisal,” yet he also promises to reverse the Trump administration’s religious exemptions for faith-based ministries, as well as conscience protections for health care workers.
