Going to The Supreme Court was the goal and it looks like the Trump campaign will be heading there soon.
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled Friday against Trump’s campaign to throw out illegal votes in Pennsylvania.
After the 3rd Circuit Appeals decision, Trump’s attorney Jenna Ellis made an announcement and was quoted saying “the activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud. On to SCOTUS!”.
The Trump campaign according to multiple sources will seek an emergency injunctive relief, which would go straight to the Supreme Court.
.@RudyGiuliani and me on Third Circuit’s opinion:
The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud.
We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature.
On to SCOTUS!

One side has to appeal a final opinion they disagree with.
As I said, Third Circuit has granted our appeal, and we already have one case from PA pending before SCOTUS.
Thanks Ari for having me!

Fox News covered the full story and added these details:
The Trump 2020 Campaign looked ahead to a potential Supreme Court fight after a panel of federal appeals judges in Pennsylvania dismissed the campaign’s lawsuit over alleged voter fraud in the presidential election.
“The campaign’s claims have no merit,” the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled Friday, despite Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani arguing to a lower court that widespread voter fraud occurred in a state where President-elect Joe Biden won by just over 80,000 votes.
The Trump campaign has the option of asking the U.S. Supreme Court for emergency injunctive relief, which would go to Justice Samuel Alito, who would then likely ask his eight colleagues to weigh in.
“The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!,” Jenna Ellis, Trump’s attorney and campaign adviser, said in a statement on Twitter after the court ruling.
🚨REPORT: Just a reminder that in the 2000 election George W. Bush lost every single case in lower court until it came to the one which actually counts – in #SCOTUS For anyone telling you it’s over because some partisan district judge let politics wash over his oath, it’s not.

The AP News added this tidbit:
President Donald Trump’s legal team suffered yet another defeat in court Friday as a federal appeals court in Philadelphia roundly rejected the campaign’s latest effort to challenge the state’s election results.
Trump’s lawyers vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court despite the judges’ assessment that the “campaign’s claims have no merit.
On to SCOTUS! https://t.co/5cKUjJkBVF
