Just In: Pennsylvania’s Democrat Governor Certifies Biden/Harris

This could change soon.

Pennsylvania’s Governor Tom Wolf certified Biden as the winner of Pennsylvania.

He was quoted saying “As required by federal law, I’ve signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for the slate of electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris”.

The only problem is Wolf certified the State too early considering there’s an ongoing appeal happening at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

According to Trump’s legal team, there are still cases that are pending before the Supreme Court of The United States regarding voter fraud that took place in PA,

One side has to appeal a final opinion they disagree with.

As I said, Third Circuit has granted our appeal, and we already have one case from PA pending before SCOTUS.

The Pennsylvania State Department certified the results of the presidential election in favor of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, Gov. Tom Wolf said Tuesday.

“Today @PAStateDept certified the results of the November 3 election in Pennsylvania for president and vice president of the United States,” Wolf tweeted. “As required by federal law, I’ve signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for the slate of electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”

“Again, I want to thank the election officials who have administered a fair and free election during an incredibly challenging time in our commonwealth and country’s history,” he continued. “Our election workers have been under constant attack and they have performed admirably and and honorably.”

With Trump’s case sitting before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals Dems are rushing fast to do whatever they can to get these cases out of the Supreme Court’s hands.

Democrat Joe Biden was certified Tuesday as winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania, culminating three weeks of vote counting and a string of failed legal challenges by President Donald Trump.

Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf first disclosed in a tweet that the Department of State had certified the vote count for president and vice president.

Wolf sent a “certificate of ascertainment” to the national archivist Washington with the slate of electors who support President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

Pennsylvania’s 20 electors, a mix of elected Democrats, party activists and other staunch Biden backers, will meet in the state Capitol on Dec. 14.

One of them, state Democratic Party chair Nancy Patton Mills, said she will also lead the Electoral College’s meeting in Harrisburg next month.

Let’s see how Trump’s legal team reacts to the news because we all know they have something up their sleeve.
