The swamp is started to get drained!

President Trump just fired Chris Krebs the top U.S. cybersecurity official.

Krebs’s extermination happens just after he rejected the Trump campaign’s allegations of voter fraud taking place during the 2020 election and even went a step further saying the 2020 election was the “most secure in American history”.

It’s no surprise that he got fired.

President Trump announced his termination on Twitter:

Fox News covered the breaking news and released these details on Kreb’s firing:

President Trump fired top U.S. cybersecurity official Chris Krebs on Tuesday, days after the agency Krebs led issued a statement that categorically rejected the Trump campaign’s allegations of voter fraud during the 2020 election.

Krebs served as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a branch of the Department of Homeland Security tasked with protecting the 2020 election from hackers. Trump’s tweet on Krebs’ firing appeared to reference a recent joint statement from CISA and other committees that declared the Nov. 3 election was the “most secure in American history.”

“The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud – including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, “glitches” in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.”

The New York Post didn’t stay quiet and shared these details:

President Trump on Tuesday fired election cybersecurity official Chris Krebs after he openly dismissed Trump’s claims of fraud in the Nov. 3 election.

Trump announced in a tweet that he terminated Krebs, director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

The president wrote: “The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud – including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, ‘glitches’ in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more. Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.”

Krebs released a statement on Twitter shortly after that read: “Honored to serve. We did it right. Defend Today, Secure Tomorrow. #Protect2020”

Kreb’s literally said the 2020 election was the most secure in American history.

He’s got to be joking right?

Well, at least Trump is weeding out the corrupt movers and shakers in the CIA and the DHS where corruption runs deep.
