U.S. State Department Thwarts Biden’s Communication Efforts with Foreign Leaders

The media may have announced Joe Biden as president-elect, but that doesn’t mean he can masquerade as president.

If you’re not living in liberal fantasyland, you’d know that Trump hasn’t conceded the race and several sites haven’t even projected a winner yet.

Despite this, the Biden transition team is conducting calls with foreign leaders.

Normally, the State Department organizes communications with the president-elect.

That’s not the case right now since the Trump Administration hasn’t recognized Biden’s win.

And rightfully so until the legal process is completed!

The Hill shared these details:

The Biden transition team instead has conducted calls with foreign leaders without State Department help, but a source familiar with the situation told CNN, “They would prefer to be using the State Department resources.”

Sources told CNN that some foreign leaders determined the State Department will not get them in contact with Biden, prompting them to reach out to former diplomats from the Obama administration for help.

The Biden team is attempting to handle the nonsensitive calls in an unexpected turn of events, including releasing readouts of the calls.

The State Department did not immediately return a request for comment.

The reports come after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Tuesday that “there will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration.”

Bottom line, Biden is currently not president-elect.

No matter how much the liberal media tries to convince you of that.
