4 Years ago This Week The AP-Gfk Poll Had Hillary Clinton With A 14-point Lead Over Trump

This is why we should take polls with a grain of salt.

Four years ago on October 26, 2016, the AP-Gfk poll had Hillary Clinton ahead by a staggering 14-point lead over Trump.

They quickly found out their poll was horribly wrong on election night.

Oh, what a great moment it was 4 years ago when Trump defied all the polls and left Democrats completely shocked.

This is what the AP News reported at the time:

Hillary Clinton appears on the cusp of a potentially commanding victory over Donald Trump, fueled by solid Democratic turnout in early voting, massive operational advantages and increasing enthusiasm among her supporters.

A new Associated Press-GfK poll released Wednesday finds that Clinton has grabbed significant advantages over her Republican rival with just 12 days left before Election Day. Among them: consolidating the support of her party and even winning some Republicans.

Overall, the poll shows Clinton leading Trump nationally by a staggering 14 percentage points among likely voters, 51-37. That margin is the largest national lead for Clinton among recent surveys. Most have generally shown her ahead of Trump for the past several weeks.

The poll even stated that Hillary Clinton was even leading in early voting.

Sounds familiar right?

Since mail-in voting has started the left has touted that Biden is leading Trump in early voting.

The only poll that matters is the one on November 3rd.

The mainstream media has been completely biased towards President Trump ever since 2016.

They didn’t think he could ever become President even during the primaries but he completely shocked the world and the polls.

At the end of the day, the AP-Gfk poll is no longer relevant and Trump became President.
