Whoopi Goldberg Blames Trump for her Depression, “Everything He Says is Pissing Me Off”

"Every time I see him, he depresses me. Everything he says is pissing me off and depressing me."

For the last 4 years, a strange sickness has been spreading throughout the United States, hitting Hollywood especially hard.

We’ve talked about this contagious phenomenon hundreds of times, and it is still spreading even today.

Of course, I’m talking about Trump Derangement Syndrome.

A very strong strain of this syndrome seems to have hit the ladies of The View.

Whoopie Goldberg says her symptoms have gotten so bad, she’s fallen into an actual depression.

Goldberg claims that President Donald Trump is the cause of her depression.

In her own words: “Every time I see him, he depresses me. Everything he says is pissing me off and depressing me.”

We pray Whoopi makes a full recovery, even if it takes 4 more years.

Goldberg had this to say, courtesy of the Washington Examiner:

The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg said President Trump's words on the campaign trail has caused her to sink into a "depression."

"What is he talking about? I’m in a depression now, because of him. Every time I see him, he depresses me. Everything he says is pissing me off and depressing me," Goldberg said on Monday on The View.

Goldberg was venting frustrations with Trump after showing a clip of him at a rally on Sunday, where he criticized the effect a Joe Biden presidency would have on America.

Whoopi Goldberg comments on her "depression" because of President Trump on The View:

Folks on Twitter reacted to Whoopi's rediculous comments:

The real question is: How can we take Whoopi's 'Trump-induced' depression seriously?

Afterall, she didn't take his actual coronavirus diagnosis seriously.

Goldberg said back in October, after President Trump was diagnosed with Covid-19, that she didn't believe he even had the disease.

This, according to NY Daily News:

Something is rotten, say the ladies at “The View.”

On Thursday’s episode of the Emmy Award-winning talk show, co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar shared the same doubtful view about President Trump actually being diagnosed with COVID-19.

While discussing the White House’s push for herd immunity to quell the pandemic, against advisement from Dr. Anthony Fauci, Goldberg shared her theory.

“The more he talks, the less I think he had it, personally,” the EGOT recipient said. “That’s just me. That’s just me.”

Behar chimed in from her virtual set, “Me too!”

“I’m starting to feel like, really? Wait a minute, five days. You’re the only person on the face of the Earth ... and if you’re comparing yourself to Jesus, you’re saying five days, that’s all it took,” she incredulously wondered. “People still haven’t been able to get out of the bed. So I don’t know. I just feel weird about it.”

Behar, who is no fan of the caustic commander-in-chief, said she was “kind of agreeing with” Goldberg, while co-host Sunny Hostin said Trump possibly beat it so quickly because others “don’t have access to the same drugs.”

“It’s not about the drugs,” Behar shot back. “He’s a liar. How can you believe anything he says?”

Goldberg added that, “because it’s hard to trust him, it’s also hard to go with it and I hate feeling like that."
