Rioters In Portland Tear Down A Statue of Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt

This is beyond sickening.

Trump said in 2017 there’s no end once you start tearing down statues and he was completely right.

BLM/Antifa rioters toppled a statue of Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt in Portland.

President Lincoln is one of the most essential Presidents in American history when it comes to the progression of black civil rights but BLM/Antifa demonstrators don’t care about history and destroyed his statue.

Lincoln gave his life to this country and for civil rights for all people but it seems he must be evil in the radical left’s eyes.

After the Lincoln statue was toppled the rioters resurrected an elk as his replacement.

An elk!

They replaced one of the greatest presidents in U.S. history with an elk.

What nonsense!

Our friends over at Fox News weren’t silent:

Portland absorbed another night of violent protests Sunday that resulted in the toppling of two statues in the city and reports of numerous buildings with their windows smashed in, including the Oregon Historical Society.

The unrest was reportedly tied to the “Day of Rage” on the eve of Columbus Day.

Andy Ngo, a journalist who has been documenting the unrest in the city, posted images of the destruction on Twitter. The Oregonian reported that protesters managed to bring down statues of Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt.

Ngo posted a video of what he identified as the protesters toppling the statue of Roosevelt, which depicts the former president riding on horseback. The video showed a rope tied around the statue and protesters could be heard cheering when the statue shifted.

One person could be heard saying,  “F— all you colonizers. Every one of you that’s against Black Lives Matter can f— the f— off.”

CNN had these details to share:

Protesters in Portland, Oregon, pulled down statues of Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt on Sunday evening and vandalized some businesses, police said.
The protest occurred the evening of an “Indigenous Peoples Day of Rage” — the day before the federally recognized Columbus Day — in which activists had called for people to start marching at 7:30 p.m., according to a flyer on social media.
One flyer instructed people to “wear black, cover-up” and said photography, videotaping, and streamers were not allowed.
At a press conference Monday, Mayor Ted Wheeler labeled the behavior of the group of about 300 people “obscene” and “anarchist,” and said he would not condone or tolerate criminally destructive acts.
