After making the threat of enacting the 25th Amendment on Thursday, Nancy Pelosi is now preparing to make her move just 25 days before the election.

Pelosi is set to introduce a bill to create a commission on “presidential capacity.”

Pelosi seems to be panicking at the thought of President Donald Trump winning re-election this November.

Could this be a final crazed attempt at preventing that from happening?

Fox News has the latest on Nancy Pelosi's proposed bill:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday will introduce legislation to create a commission that would allow Congress to oust President Trump from office, using the 25th Amendment.

Pelosi said on Thursday that she would be “talking about the 25th Amendment” on Friday -- which allows for the vice president to become acting president if it is determined that the president "is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."

In the stunning move, Pelosi said that Trump would need to reveal more about the state of his health since he tested positive for COVID-19, particularly concerns that it may be affecting his mental health.

She cited a “strange tweet” by Trump earlier in the week when he abruptly halted talks on a new stimulus package, arguing that Pelosi was not negotiating in good faith.

“The public needs to know the health condition of the president,” Pelosi said

Trump later responded: “Crazy Nancy is the one who should be under observation. They don’t call her Crazy for nothing!”

President Trump is exactly correct.

Nervous Nancy has been blabbering like an idiot for the last 4 years, but here lately, she seems like she's completely lost whatever small part of her mind that was left.

The New York Post has more on Pelosi's proposed bill, and its likely failure:

The 25th Amendment grants a role to the House in cases of presidential succession or temporary incapacitation. It allows either the vice president and Cabinet — or some other entity designated by Congress — to declare the president unable to perform his duties. Congress never created an entity to supplant the Cabinet in making that decision.

The amendment says: “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”

Pelosi’s legislation is almost certain to die in the Republican-held Senate. If a commission ever were to be established, and if a vice president were to agree that a president was unable to serve, the 25th Amendment requires 2/3 of each chamber of Congress to affirm that finding within 25 days.

Spokespeople for Vice President Mike Pence did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but it’s unlikely that Pence and a majority of Trump’s Cabinet would strip him of power as they campaign together ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

If Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are so sure that Joe Biden will win the election, why are they panicking 25 days beforehand?

They seem absolutely desperate.
