Trump announced at his rally in Nevada that he will plan to negotiate to expand his term for another four years after winning the 2020 election.
He is quoted saying “in 52 days we will win Nevada” and followed that by saying “and then after that, we’ll negotiate. Based on the way we were treated, we’re probably entitled to another 4 after that.”
Some believe he was presumingly joking but maybe he wasn’t.
The last President to be in office for more than two terms was Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Kicking off remarks in Henderson, NV, Donald Trump tells supporters at an indoor rally, "51 days from now we're going to win Nevada, and we're going to win four more years, and after we win for more years, we ask for maybe another four or so."

The Daily Mail covered the story and had to this to report:
President Donald Trump has said he will ‘negotiate’ a third term in the White House because he’s ‘entitled’ to it.
Trump shared his intent to run for president again in 2024 during a campaign event in Minten, Nevada, on Saturday night.
’52 days from now we’re going to win Nevada, and we’re gonna win four more years in the White House,’ he told a crowd of hundreds of supporters, most of them not wearing masks or socially distancing.
‘And then after that, we’ll negotiate, right? Because we’re probably — based on the way we were treated — we are probably entitled to another four after that.’
Trump has repeatedly suggested that he wants to serve more than two terms in office, alarming critics who believe he isn’t joking about wanting to violate constitutional boundaries.

The Independent also chipped in and had this to say:
Donald Trump has said he is “probably entitled” to serve more than two terms as president of the United States and claimed the only way he will lose this year’s election is because his opponents are trying to rig it.
Opening a campaign rally in Nevada on Saturday night, the president told the gathered crowd of several thousand, mostly maskless people that he is going to win the state and win four more years in the White House in November.
He then appeared to suggest he would be interested in serving a third term, saying: “And then after that we’ll negotiate because we’re probably, based on the way we were treated, we’re probably entitled to another four after that.”
I don’t know about you but I would enjoy Trump being in the White House another four years and another four years after that.
