Nearly 700 Veterans Post Open Letter Backing Trump!

This is great!

Just days after the Atlantic magazine falsely accused President Trump of belittling WWII soldiers in France, nearly 700 veterans had Trump’s back.

In a letter directed to the President, veterans made it clear that they denounced the baseless media attacks that were made against President Trump and gave their full support to him.

The veterans also made it clear in the letter that under Biden’s watch the Department of Veterans Affairs was a complete disaster.

The story was covered by the New York Post and they had this to say:

Nearly 700 veterans signed a letter in support of President Trump after several media outlets reported he had disparaged U.S. First World War soldiers on a state visit to France in 2018.

In the open letter, signed by 674 veterans, the writers denounce “recent baseless media attacks against President Trump from anonymous sources” and accuse Trump’s political opponents of concocting the story to “divide the nation and meddle in this election. The Sept. 4 letter, which featured a US flag on its letterhead, was obtained by Breitbart News.

Breitbart broke the story and added these details:

In an open letter obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, about 674 veterans wrote that their support for Trump, against attacks by the establishment media, remains unwavering because of his record of supporting the United States military and ending foreign wars.

“Recent baseless media attacks against President Trump from anonymous sources are just another example of the depths to which the President’s opponents are willing to descend to divide the nation and meddle in this election,” the veterans write.

“Anyone who knows President Trump has seen his love and reverence for our military and veterans. That is why we, veterans from every generation, are writing today to reaffirm our support for President Trump,”

Although around 700 veterans signed the letter, I’m sure many more would have signed if given the opportunity.

There are around 18.2 million veterans in the U.S. and if we were to give a veteran’ss poll now Trump would absolutely destroy Biden in it.
