Trump is Sending Federal Troops to Kenosha to “Restore Law and Order”

A democratic governor swallows their pride and accepts federal assistance from President Trump.

Kenosha Governor Tony Evers has made a wise choice of accepting Federal assistance before the whole city of Kenosha is burned down.

Gov. Evers at first denied federal assistance but after two protestors were shot down recently he had a change of heart.

The Governor of Wisconsin could have prevented the deaths of the two protestors but he refused federal help.

At least he changed his mind but sadly it’s too little, too late.

Blood is now on the Governor’s hands.

From what I’ve seen it appears armed militias who were there to protect businesses were responsible for shooting rioters. This is the reality when you back citizens into a corner and refuse to protect them from lawlessness. They will take matters into their own hands.

Fox 10 News reported these interesting facts about Trump sending federal aid to Kenosha:

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 26 Governor Tony Evers has agreed to accept federal assistance after a deadly night of protests in Kenosha.

Two people were shot to death during a night of anti-racism protests in Kenosha in a possible vigilante attack carried out apparently by a young white man who was caught on cellphone video opening fire in the middle of the street with a semi-automatic rifle. A 17-year-old from Antioch, Illinois was arrested on homicide charges.

Earlier Tuesday, Evers turned down a White House offer to dispatch additional National Guard troops to the city of Kenosha after two nights of rioting that followed the police shooting of a Black man, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told “Tucker Carlson Tonight.

“The president was on the phone with the governor today … we have National Guard standing by, and if the general for the National Guard [in Kenosha] needs additional help, we’re there to do it, but today, that request was denied by the governor,” Meadows told host Tucker Carlson Tuesday.

Gov. Tony Evers announced he accepted an offer from White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to send federal assistance to Kenosha to help with protests.

“Gov. Evers has been working with several state partners to get additional National Guard and state patrol support,” Brit Cudaback, a spokesperson for the governor, said.

This announcement comes after Gov. Evers turned down an offer from Meadows to send federal assistance to Kenosha.

The change of heart from the governor comes after two people were shot to death and another was wounded during the third night of protests in Kenosha over the police shooting of a black man, Jacob Blake.

All of the chaos could have been prevented if the Democratic Governor just accepted help from the beginning.

Democrats need to stop playing politics!
