Man Arrested In Unprovoked Attack on White Macy’s Worker

So you assault an employee and  then post your crime on social media…. at least it made the police’s investigation easier.

In Flint Michigan a Macy’s employee was attacked by Damire Palmer, of Mount Morris Township, who is now  facing one count of felony assault.

The 18-year-old man charged in an “unprovoked” attack that was caught on video in #Michigan was caught.

The New York Post had this to say about the attack on the Macy’s employee:

Michigan authorities have charged an 18-year-old black man for the “unprovoked,” caught-on-video assault of a white Macy’s manager, officials said.

Damire Palmer, of Mount Morris Township, faces one count of felony assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder for the June 26 attack on the employee inside the Flint department store. Palmer is still in the wind.

“This was an unprovoked attack on a Macy’s employee,” said Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton in a statement. “This behavior as seen on the video is unacceptable, it is criminal, and it cannot be allowed.Contrary to initial claims, police and prosecutors didn’t uncover any evidence that Palmer assaulted the staffer after he’d allegedly used the N-word, officials said.

“We don’t believe any racial slur was made by the store manager,” Leyton said.

In surveillance video that prosecutors obtained from Macy’s, Palmer walks around the store then approaches the manager from behind and clocks him in the head, knocking him to the floor, officials said.

NBC 25 News gave some in-depth details of the moments following up to the incident:

According to a social media post, a white man allegedly called a black man the “n” word, which allegedly lead to the attack you see on the video.

The video clearly shows a black man walking up to the white man punching him.

While the white man was on the ground he says, “what did you do that for?”

The black man then appears to hit the white man several more times while calling him the n word.

The white man says, “what are you doing that for?” and also says “I’m sorry”

Police are not confirming what lead up the the incident but a spokesperson for Macy’s says the attack was unprovoked.

Macy’s confirms the man who was attacked is an employee of Macy’s.

Lawlessness is increasing and the safety for law abiding citizens is decreasing.

There is no more fear of the consequences of commiting a crime, due to to the fact criminals are constantly being put back into the street  with slaps on their wrists by liberal judges.
