WATCH: Nadler Denies Barr’s Request for 5 Minute Break to Eat Lunch During Five Hour Hearing

And Jerry Nadler denied Barr's polite request for a 5 minute break so that he could eat lunch.

Oh, did we mention that today's grilling… we mean, "hearing," of General Barr lasted 5 hours?

The House Democrats held a hearing for General Barr, questioning his decisions in recent weeks, including the call to send federal support to cities overrun by protesters.

It was a contentious hearing with Democrats "reclaiming" their time (more on that below).

But perhaps the most outrageous moment was when Nadler REFUSED to let General Barr take a 5 minute break (during a 5 hour hearing) so that he could eat lunch.
