Sen. Marsha Blackburn Calls For Squad Captain Ilhan Omar To Resign

The Republican Senator from Tennessee had a clear response to Omar's call earlier to dismantle "systems of oppression" in America.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is openly calling for the dismantling of America.

At least, America as we know it.

Or how it was intended to be.

She wants socialism, “community policing,” she even made a vow dismantle the “oppression” in “the air we breath.”

Whatever that means.

But at least one Senator is saying what’s on all our minds:

The Washington Times reported on Sen. Blackburn's repudiation of Omar and her ideas, although with the much anticipated liberal slant:

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Tennessee Republican, called for the resignation of Rep. Ilhan Omar, Minnesota Democrat, over comments she made Tuesday about combating racial injustice.

Ms. Blackburn suggested Ms. Omar step down on Twitter, sharing an article published by the conservative-leaning website Daily Caller about the congresswoman’s recent comments.

“Ilhan Omar took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution, not shred it. Omar and her Marxist comrades are a threat to our Democracy. Omar should resign,” Ms. Blackburn tweeted along with a link to the Daily Caller article.

The article Ms. Blackburn shared on Twitter highlighted a remark that Ms. Omar made about systemic racism during a news conference held earlier Tuesday in her home district.

“We can’t stop at criminal justice reform or policing reform for that matter. We are not merely fighting to tear down the systems of oppression in the criminal justice system, we are fighting to tear down systems of oppression that exist in housing, in education, in healthcare, in employment, in the air we breathe,” Ms. Omar said in Minneapolis."

Actually, she was simply using race as a smokescreen to convey her unfettered desire to remake this country in her & her radical friends' images.

Earlier today, we posted news on Omar detailing her use of campaign funds to pay her lover-turned-husband's consulting firm.

So that's the kind of freedom she believes in.

Strip the individual of any autonomy from the state, while the state beaurocrats like her feed their slush money to their boyfriends.

Here we go again.

It's getting so predictable that I want to smash my computer against the wall.

Let's take a look at what The Nation had to say, just for fun:

Omar wasn’t shredding the Constitution or threatening democracy. She was calling for a more perfect union.

And Omar is not backing off, which ought to be a lesson for progressives in times when half-steps are no longer sufficient.

Instead of doing what Democrats so frequently do when asked about the limits on their political power in an era of divided government, Omar explained that on fundamental questions of right and wrong it is necessary to stand resolutely on the side of justice. “How is it that we are always expected to negotiate ourselves out of the negotiations? How is it that we’re expected to negotiate the interests of our communities, the equality for our communities, the justice for our communities out of any sort of legislation that is supposed to move? This is the question that we are always asked. How come you’re not compromising? Compromise has brought us here. Compromise has brought the kind of oppressive system that allows for someone like George Floyd to get the life stifled out of him for eight minutes and 46 seconds.”

It's becoming increasingly clear to me that half of America doesn't even understand what's in the Constitution.

So, remain silent and support your local do nothing RHINO joining in on the sellout of this country, or get out there and vote for anyone who gets in the way of people like this.

We have allowed left wing agents to turn every confrontation into an act of oppression by scoffing at their absurdity while they run our media, write our laws, and prosecute us for the sins of people who are surely turned to dust by now.

If it wasn't for the "oppression" of this country, Congresswoman Omar may not have even lived through war torn Somalia long enough to be subjugated into the most powerful legislative body in the world.
