One of the common themes of protests and riots across the country is the radical demand to defund and disband law enforcement.

During a BLM protest in Palmdale, CA, Deputy Cameron Kinsey showed them how they couldn't be more wrong.

As reported by our friends at Fox News:

A California sheriff’s deputy monitoring a protest last month jumped into action to save a baby who swallowed a coin and couldn't breathe.

The 11-month-old boy stopped breathing during a demonstration at a park in Palmdale, about 60 miles north of Los Angeles, on May 31, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

The department this week shared a two-minute surveillance video of the rescue, which showed two women running with the limp child through a supermarket parking lot in search of help.

As the baby’s mother stopped to pat his back, the other woman flagged down Deputy Cameron Kinsey, who was monitoring the protest, officials said.

Watch his heroic actions below in a video posted on The Palmdale Sheriff's Station Facebook page:

Here is part of their statement regarding the incident:

And there was plenty of love on Facebook for the Deputy who saved the baby's life:

Yes, this event should have been all over national news!

But it wasn't.

The harrowing story that ends in a cop saving a life doesn't push the narrative quite like when a bad apple takes one.

Anyone wondering what a police free society looks like, just go to Seattle's CHOP, filled with thieves, drug overdoses, and virtual militamen armed to the teeth.

In this new fabled progressive utopia, this infant child would be dead.

And yet in major cities around the country, police are beginning to draw the line:

Police across the country perform their duty selflessly and honorably.

How many have saved lives like Deputy Kinsey?

The justice system is imperfect.

But without it, a nation of laws will disintegrate.

Police officers are only human.

But they do amazing things every day.

It's time we start appriating the good guys.
