BREAKING! Jim Jordan Challenges Pompeo State Department: Release Docs About Burisma and Hunter Biden

There are many questions about alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella.

For example, White House visitor logs showed that Eric Ciamella entered at least 200 times in 2016 alone.

That same year, he also hosted a meeting with Ukrainian diplomat Andrii Telizhenko in the White House.

Reports also indicate that Artem Sytnyke, the director of Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau, which is considered a "Soros group," was also present at the meeting...

No wonder Jim Jordan wants to get to the bottom of this!

Fox News reports that Jordan wants to see the Obama-Biden administration's relationship to the corrupt Ukrainian energy company:

The top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday requested that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo release all documents related to the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where Hunter Biden sat on the board, after emails indicated that the former ambassador to the country may have known more about the firm than she acknowledged during Trump impeachment proceedings.

Jordan, R-Ohio, in a letter to Pompeo obtained by Fox News, said that new documents released in a Freedom of Information Act this week “appear to shed new light on the actions of State Department employees during the Obama-Biden Administration in relation to the corrupt Ukrainian energy company, Burisma Holdings, and its founder, Mykola Zlochevsky.”

Burisma Holdings was at the center of impeachment proceedings against President Trump, after he pressed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a phone call to look into the Biden family’s dealings in Ukraine. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, held a lucrative position on the board of Burisma Holdings.

In his letter, Jordan called Burisma “notoriously corrupt,” referencing its founder’s move to allow the firm to “receive mineral licenses without public auction, and noted that former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden—along with former Secretary of State John Kerry’s step-son, Christopher Heinz, and Devon Archer” sat on the board.

“Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board at the same time his father, Vice President Joe Biden, was responsible for the United States’s diplomatic efforts with Ukraine,” Jordan wrote.

But Jordan referenced State Department emails which were obtained by the conservative group Citizens United this week through a FOIA request, and indicated that former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, was involved in discussions about Burisma Holdings and even met with a company representative, despite testifying to Congress during the impeachment inquiry that she knew little about the firm.

Though the identity of the whistleblower has not been officially confirmed, Ciaramella is widely considered to be the most likely suspect.

And given the evidence so far, there's plenty of reason to believe there's more documentation tying him to this entire scheme.

As the beginnings of the Russia probe are being investigated by Bill Barr and John Durham, it appears more leaders such as Jordan are getting to the bottom of Burisma and the impeachment fight.

The Hill confirms that multiple GOP senators are joining with Jordan to discover the truth:

Jordan requested unredacted copies of all documents and email exchanges having to do with Burisma between 2014 and 2017.

This week, several key GOP senators began using their committee positions to dig into some of the biggest concerns of Trump and his allies, including Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court and the handling of the Russia probe.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who chairs the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) told reporters that they will begin requesting documents and subpoenaing Obama administration officials.

GOP lawmakers have also raised questions over the surveillance of former national security adviser Michael Flynn, a former Trump campaign official who was charged with lying to the FBI about calls he had with a Russian official following the 2016 election. Flynn originally pleaded guilty to lying about the calls.

The Department of Justice moved to drop the case against Flynn earlier this month.

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell this week sent Congress a list of dozens of Obama administration officials who said they say asked for documents that led to the identity of Flynn being “unmasked” from intelligence reports between the 2016 election and President Trump’s inauguration.

The Obama administration's actions of unmasking Flynn undermined the transition process and Trump's ability to govern properly.

Furthermore, the constant witch hunts and political attacks against a duly elected president appear to be based on incomplete or even falsified information.
