Video Shows Dems Removing Sole American Flag Prior to DNC Debate

It’s official.

There are more American flags on the moon than there are on the Democratic debate stage.

“How many flags is that?” you might ask.

One.

A video showing the sole American flag being removed from the DNC debate stage is going viral.

It even caught the attention of Fox News host Sean Hannity:

Is there an explanation for this?

Possibly.

But the optics certainly aren't good.

Yes, the Democrats can point to "digital" flags shown on the TV screens....but since the video clearly shows a real flag present on the stage, why go to the trouble of removing it?

This isn't helping the case for Democrats, who are trying to prove they are fit to lead and unify the nation.

The debate was already described as a "disaster."

Now, even after the debate, the surfacing of this video continues to paint a picture of a party in shambles.

Representative Steve Scalise wrote a column on Fox News, explaining how the Democratic debate was a distater:

During the Democratic presidential debate Wednesday night in Las Vegas, billionaire and former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg looked a little surprised when he was booed for saying: “We’re not going to throw out capitalism. Other countries tried that. It was called communism and it just didn't work.”

Bloomberg’s consultants clearly forgot to tell him that the Democrats are now the party of socialism, impeachment and government control.

The debate was a disaster. American families watching the train wreck heard candidates promising to take away our freedoms and tear down our health care system.

The contrast between Democrats’ mess on stage and President Trump’s proven track record couldn’t be clearer. Under the president's leadership, hardworking families have experienced the longest period of growth, prosperity and peace in decades.

Democrats continue to fight President Trump simply because they hate him. Their hatred of the president makes them tone-deaf to the pocketbook issues of concern to the millions of Americans who support him and voted him into office.

The Democratic presidential candidates have learned all the wrong lessons on the campaign trail because they’re not listening to voters.

Voters are mad at the flag being removed from the stage.

Take a look at some of the reactions:

If the contents of the debate are any indication, perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that the American flag was removed prior to the debate.

After all, in previous debates, the Democratic candidates have stated that they want to provide healthcare to illegal aliens.

That's correct.

Even if someone doesn't pay taxes...

Even if someone is here illegally...

They should have free healthcare... according to the Democrats.

CNN has more on the issue:

Democrats running for president have said they would support extending government health care coverage to undocumented immigrants -- a big shift, since undocumented immigrants currently have little access to federal programs.

They don't qualify for Medicare, aren't eligible for federal Affordable Care Act subsidies and generally can't enroll in Medicaid, which provides coverage for low-income people. Even many green card holders typically have to wait five years before they can enroll in Medicaid -- and President Donald Trump has changed immigration policy that could discourage even eligible immigrants from signing up.

What that means, today, is that many undocumented immigrants rely on emergency rooms -- which are required under federal law to screen and stabilize all patients who come through their doors -- when they get sick.
That ultimately costs the federal government billions in reimbursements to hospitals.

But Americans are divided about providing more comprehensive government-backed coverage to the roughly 11 million undocumented immigrants in the US. Some 59% of Americans say that such coverage should not be available to undocumented immigrants, according to a CNN poll conducted in late June.

Among those who think it should be, there's a big disparity along party lines. Some 66% of Democrats supporting giving government coverage to the undocumented, but only 10% of Republicans feeling the same way.

Users on Twitter are urging presidential candidates to put America first!

Right now, only Trump has an "America First" agenda.

This is why rally after rally is packed to capacity to support the president!
