Don Jr. “Triggered” Book Raises Half A Million Dollars For RNC

Donald Trump Jr. just released a book aimed at exposing the tactics leftists use to silence conservative voices, titled Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us.

You’ve probably heard of it by now, seeing as it hit #1 on the New York Times best-seller list a few days back!

Of course, the New York Times and all other “lamestream” media outlets blasted the fact that Triggered was topping the charts, hypothesizing that the only reason Don Jr. sold so many copies was because of bulk sales, which RNC spokesman Steve Guest addressed,

“The media would have you believe we stocked a warehouse with copies of this book, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Don’s book has been a fundraising home run for the party, and the overwhelming demand means we have even more resources heading into 2020.”

“A fundraising home run” is right!

The RNC has already raised over half a MILLION dollars just from selling signed copies of Triggered to folks who donate to them $50 or more!

Check out the news that hit Twitter:

More on this, from Breitbart:

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has netted more than half a million dollars by selling special signed copies of the new book from Donald Trump, Jr., Breitbart News has learned exclusively.

The RNC confirmed to Breitbart News that the party committee raised more than $500,000 by giving special, signed copies of the new Trump, Jr., book Triggered to people who donate $50 or more to the RNC. The RNC has also had to buy more copies of the book to keep up with public demand, too, an RNC official said.

Since the money raised figure is a net gain, that means the party raised $500,000 plus off the signed books after covering the costs of buying the books.

“The media would have you believe we stocked a warehouse with copies of this book, but that couldn’t be further from the truth,” RNC spokesman Steve Guest told Breitbart News. “Don’s book has been a fundraising home run for the party, and the overwhelming demand means we have even more resources heading into 2020.”

On the matter of Don Jr's book topping the bestseller charts and the New York Times' response to try to divert attention away from it, International Business Times said:

The New York Times took a "dagger" to the "Number One" bestseller on its latest nonfiction hit list -- "Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us" -- written by Donald Trump Jr.

The dagger symbol (†) next to the book's title traditionally suggests bulk sales are driving a book's high sales. In case of Don Jr.'s book, the Times said the dagger indicates "institutional, special interest, group or bulk purchases" of the book comprise a significant part of its sales. The book was released Nov. 5.

When Don Jr.'s 305 page book made the The New York Times' bestseller list last week, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee (RNC) admitted they'd bought many copies of the book "to keep up with demand." He, however, denied they purchased the book in a "large bulk purchase."

RNC is giving away copies of the book signed by Don Jr. to people donating to president Donald Trump's re-election campaign. This move helped boost the book's sales.

The † symbol controversy has gone viral on social media. Some tweeters dubbed Don Jr. “Mr. Bulk Sales” while the hashtag “Bulk Sales” went trending on Thursday.

The New York Times said if it believes a book made its way onto its  bestseller list in a way that seems “suspicious,” it places the dagger symbol next to the title.

If the mainstream media is "triggered" by this book, that's a sign it's probably worth the read!
