And in case you needed a refresher, let’s just give the definition of hearsay since you apparently didn’t learn it in law school.
Hearsay = “an out of court statement offered for the truth of the matter asserted.”

Hearsay is notoriously unreliable as evidence, which is why courts OF EVERY KIND do not allow it except in rare circumstances under an exception. Â
And yet you think it’s better than direct evidence?
