I thought it might be time to take a trip down memory lane, because something tells me this might become REAL relevant in the not-too-distant future….
This was back during Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings, when Lindsey Graham (or as I like to call him Lindsey Graham 2.0, to indicate his marked change in temperament ever since John McCain died) embarked on quite a strange line of questioning.
He started asking Kavanaugh about criminal law and military law, and then got into military tribunals and the punishment for treason.
This was a line of questioning not previously asked of any other supreme court justice nominee.
I wonder why he would do that? 🤔
Perhaps we will find out very soon.
And don't forget this:
Now here's an even bigger kicker....
It's not just Lindsey Graham and Brett Kavanaugh having this discussion.
Our President came right out and said it....the punishment for treason is death!
And then he named names.
Take a look:
IN STOCK for the first time ever...USA 45 hat!
Now THAT is a good looking hat!
Only while they last!
