As news broke today that McCabe may be criminally prosecuted, one detail of the story is largely being ignored.

It was the part of the story where it talked about McCabe’s “negotiations” with the DOJ and how his appeals had run out.
What now?
Negotiations?
Appeals?
About whether or not he will be investigated?
Folks, if that didn’t jump off the page at you as 1000% wrong, then you might not have a pulse!
What in the world are we doing?
Why are we allowing this?
If he broke the law, go after him with the full force of the federal government! Investigate! Prosecute! Lock him up!
What is this “negotiations” and “appeal” bullshit?

If you can't read that:
Even as indictments come it is demonstrated to be an injustice system since different than you or me, McCabe has been in a 20 Month negotiation and appeals process with prosecutors BEFORE he is indicted. And even though his last appeal has been exhausted and the procecutor had recommended prosecution specific charges have not been drawn and he has YET to actually be indicted. That could change today but the point is he has been negotiating for TWENTY MONTHS. Had we committed his crimes we could be secretly apprehended, secretly charged and even secretly imprisoned under the Patriot Act. The void between these two justice systems is untenable.
