TURNING ON THEIR OWN: Rep. Tlaib Now Wants To Boycott Bill Maher!

Now, "Squad" member Rep. Rashida Tlaib who, along with Omar, was banned from visiting Israel over their support of the pro-Palestine boycott Israel BDS movement, is calling for fellow Dems to stop watching liberal talk show host Bill Maher after he took aim at the BDS movement, calling it a "bullsh*t purity test" for Democrats.

Tlaib tweeted this out after the Maher segment aired, comparing the BDS movement to the boycotts against the apartheid regime in South Africa:

Unfortunately, support for the BDS movement is growing in our country as those like Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and pro-Palestine university professors popularize its sentiment.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., suggested Saturday that viewers boycott comedian Bill Maher’s HBO talk show after he devoted a segment of Friday's program to bashing the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement, calling it a “bulls--- purity test.” 

"Maybe folks should boycott his show," said Tlaib, who went on to compare criticism of the BDS movement to the controversy surrounding boycotts of South Africa's apartheid regime in the 1970s and 1980s.

"I am tired of folks discrediting a form of speech that is centered on equality and freedom," the lawmaker continued. "This is exactly how they tried to discredit & stop the boycott to stand up against the apartheid in S. Africa. It didn't work then and it won't now."

Maher’s segment came one day after the Israeli government said it would deny entry to Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., for their support of the BDS movement following an appeal from President Trump.

Tlaib was responding to criticism made by the comedian the night prior where he called the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement 'a bulls*** purity test by people who want to appear woke but actually slept through history class.'

Maher said on his show Friday of the movement: 'It's predicated on this notion, I think it's very shallow thinking - that the Jews in Israel, mostly white, and the Palestinians are browner, so they must be innocent and correct, and the Jews must be wrong.

'As if the occupation came right out of the blue, that this completely peaceful people found themselves occupied. Forget about the intifadas and the suicide bombings and the rockets.' 

It appears that all gloves are off within the Democrat party. 

Who knows who they will attack next?

I guess we just have to wait and watch as they tear themselves apart with division.
