The Swamp better watch out as the walls are closing in on them…
The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has launched an official investigation into former FBI director James Comey, citing that he “broke the sacred trust of the American people. He perpetrated a fraud on the American people” and “conducted a fake criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton.”
Check out news of the ACLJ’s investigation into Comey that broke out on Twitter:
The ACJL is devoted to protecting American citizens' consitutional freedoms.
Here's an excerpt from the ACJL mission statement on their website about what they do"
Founded in 1990 with the mandate to protect religious and constitutional freedoms, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) engages legal, legislative, and cultural issues by implementing an effective strategy of advocacy, education, and litigation that includes representing clients before the Supreme Court of the United States and international tribunals around the globe.
As ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow continued to build his legal and legislative team, the ACLJ experienced tremendous success in litigating cases at all levels of the judiciary – from the federal district court level to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Over the last two decades, Sekulow has appeared before the Supreme Court of the United States on numerous occasions, successfully arguing precedent-setting cases before the high Court: Protecting the free speech rights of pro-life demonstrators. Safeguarding the constitutional rights of religious groups to have equal access to public facilities. Ensuring that public school students could form and participate in religious organizations, including Bible clubs, on campus. Guaranteeing that minors could participate in the political process by protecting their free speech rights in the political setting.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the ACLJ’s work reaches across the globe with affiliated offices in Israel, Russia, France, Pakistan, South Korea, and Zimbabwe. In addition to its religious liberties work, the ACLJ also focuses on constitutional law involving the issues of national security, human life, judicial nominations, and protecting patriotic expression such as our National Motto and the Pledge of Allegiance.
According the ACJL, here's why they're launcing an investigation into James Comey:
James Comey broke the sacred trust of the American people. He perpetrated a fraud on the American people.
The now fired FBI Director conducted a fake criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton. It has become apparent that he prejudged the investigation and predetermined the outcome months before interviewing key witnesses and Hillary Clinton herself.
Today we’re launching our own investigation into Comey’s corruption.
As we’ve explained:
Though fired for his failures, the former director’s misdeeds are still being dragged from the shadows of the deep state and deserve to be investigated. We have been suspicious of Comey and his “investigation” of Hillary Clinton from the beginning. Now, as more information comes to light, more questions are raised.
Just days ago, news broke that Comey drafted a statement exonerating Hilary Clinton of any wrongdoing in the email investigation three months before interviewing her or sixteen other key witnesses in the case. So much for an “investigation.” An investigation finds the facts and then comes to a conclusion. Comey made his determination, then collected the facts. That is not how criminal investigations work.
The reality is there was not an actual investigation. . . . Worse yet, Comey used his position of power to toy with the democratic process during a crucial election.
In the face of this corruption, we’re taking action.
Today, we issued FOIA requests to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Office of Special Counsel (OSC). The information requested should reveal whether Comey’s investigation last year into Secretary Clinton’s handling of classification was a sham and/or his decision prejudged.
ACJL also exposed Comey's "covert operation" and spies in the White House:
Spies in the White House, planted by a corrupt FBI Director, to sabotage a sitting U.S. President.
It sounds like a Hollywood movie about political espionage and spies, but the sad truth is, it’s not fiction. It really happened, and we’re taking action to find out how, why, and what they said.
As we told you, fired FBI director James Comey reportedly conducted his own “covert operation” against President Trump by inserting FBI agents – spies – inside the White House. Their job was to secretly collect information and report back to Comey’s office on the President and his Administration.
The ACLJ is taking action to expose this unprecedented spying, bias, and corruption. Today we just submitted Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to find exactly how and why and what information they shared.
Since his firing by President Trump, Comey has tried to present himself to the American people as a victim worthy of sympathy. Especially as he peddled his book. But now information has come to light that seems to expose the real James Comey to be a deceptive schemer against the Trump Administration.
Even as he repeatedly assured Trump that he was not a target, the former director was secretly trying to build a conspiracy case against the president, while at times acting as an investigative agent.
Two U.S. officials briefed on the inspector general’s investigation of possible FBI misconduct said Comey was essentially “running a covert operation against” the president, starting with a private “defensive briefing” he gave Trump just weeks before his inauguration. They said Horowitz has examined high-level FBI text messages and other communications indicating Comey was actually conducting a “counterintelligence assessment” of Trump during that January 2017 meeting in New York.
Who knows what else the ACJL will discover in their mission to reveal the truth?
