Never afraid to speak the truth, fiery African-American Trump supporter and activist Candace Owens slammed Americans who have a “senseless hatred of Trump” and called out Democrats for being hypocrites in calling Trump the racist over his Baltimore tweets!
In an appearance on The Ingraham Angle, Owens defended Trump’s tweets and spoke out against the hate he has gotten over them, as well as comments from both Democrats and Republicans suggesting that the president should “tone it down” in his messages.
Regarding Trump’s tweets calling out Rep. Cummings and criticizing Baltimore, Laura Ingraham asked Candace,
“Could you send a different type of tweet? Could you send a different type of message? Is that part of the problem?”
Owens brilliantly replied,
“No, it’s not. Because we’ve seen people do that in the past, we’ve seen Republicans kowtow to the Democrats every time that they turn around and they say somebody is a racist, they cower. It needs to be Trump. It needs to be said.”
Later, Owens also called out Americans who are speaking out against Trump instead of facing up to the facts,
“Do not defend Baltimore as a city. Don’t do that to black America. They’re leading in homicides. They’re leading in rape. They’re leading in sexual assault. Black Americans are suffering in this city.”
